Kurus tapi masih perut boroi?
helo kevin, saya berbadan kurus tinggi dan berat badan saya dalam range 56-58. masalah saya adalah perut yg sedikit boroi, jadi apa exercise yg sesuai untuk sy kempiskan kembali perut.
kerana sit up takkan menjadi selagi lapisan lemak ada. adakah latihan kardio membantu? saya risau jika sy amalkan latihan kardio berat badan sy akan turun tetapi perut masih lagi boroi. boleh tolong saya?

Bagi saya boroi adalah disebabkan bahagian perut adalah 1 bahagian yg susah utk pecah lemak.caranya ialah dgn kurangkan carbo dlm mkanan dan lebihkan protein disamping latihan perut yg kerap.tapi jgn lupa back exercise & core xcercise.

LikeDislikekurangkann garam in diet…and lots of cardio….. if me myself…. do the cardio until the fat have no way to run… no place to stores…
sit up and all those exercises are more for gaining muscle; 6 packs… but if u looking for a lean stomach…. cardio…. if it doesnt works…. do the high intense cardio…
p.s: no at an expert, but just based on personal experience…

LikeDislikeagreed dengan komen Nick. Fokus kepada kurangkan water retention dengan kurangkan garam, lebihkan serat etc dan teruskan senaman kardio dan kawalan berat badan. Also I would include weight training yang membina otot. Why coz otot tingkatkan metabolisma – jadi bantu tingkatkan pembakaran kalori.

LikeDislikesaya mempunyai masalah yang hampir sama… perut saya tidak buncit/boroi disebabkan lemak.. tapi kembung.. saya juga mempunyai masalah lactose intolerance.. pelbagai senaman abs, cardio yg telah sy lakukan.. saya aktif mendaki, jog, swim, & weight training… tetapi kembung perut tidak hilang juga.. otot di abs mmg telah terbentuk sedikit.. apakah yang boleh saya lakukan untuk hilangkan kembung perut ni? (bloated stomach).. tq
