nak tanya, apa menu sihat yang boleh dijadikan routine utk diet yang sihat..?
tolong bagi menu breakfast, menu lunch n dinner untuk diet yang betul

adakah bihun@ketiau@mee tergolong dalam makanan berkaborhidrat juga?
yup nuna, meehon, ketiau and mee tergolong dalam karbohidrat. same dengan nasi, perlu mengambilnya dengan jumlah yang sederhana. ibarat kata Kevin Zahri, satu genggam sudah mencukupi. ;))
terima kasih kepada yang memberi maklum balas.
Breakfast = 1 keping roti(klu bleh amek yg whole meal) + coffee / tea.
Lunch = nasi/bihun/asam laksa dlm jumlah yg sederhana + ayam/ikan + sayur + green tea/juices ( less sugar).
Dinner = yogurt / ayam steam/ ikan steam/ apple/ vege dll.. No kabohidat..
Its my opinion..
plan diet cara saya
breakfast: oat+english tea
pra lunch: biscuit fiber
lunch: subway/mee soup/yong tau foo
tea: biscuit fiber+tea
dinner: cereal or oat
nasi or benda berat mkn bile weekend
