R U planning on doing Atkin Diet masa bulan puasa ? Wow hopefully U don’t because Ur weight will gain more then before after Raya nnti ..
Btw to develope muscle U need carbs .. Tanpa carbs mcm mana nak ada tenaga dan mcm mana nak angkat beban ..? Dan muscle pun tak dpt nak develope .. So kalau nak tambah muscle makan kena cukup carbs + protein + lemak .. Tanpa nutrient ni jangan harap muscle nak berkembang .. So forget about atkin n start a healthy diet bro ..

LikeDislikei think mmg ramai org yg ada misconception that atkins allow NO CARBS at all padahal they actually do allow
and the 20g carbs is only intended for the induction phase. As u move on to the 2nd – 4th phase, u are allowed to
add on carbs to ur daily intake. they r people who can tolerate 150g carbs (equivelent to almost 3 cups of rice) without gaining weight.
And the whole misconception about gaining back weights bila dh tak buat atkins is a total crap coz i know
quite a few people who hv done it n manage to keep
the weights off. Its the matter of controlling what we eat (just like low-calories diet) and regular
exercise. Any kind of diets without these two important things might get u no where.
So x kira la apa jenis diet pun, food control + regular exercise is the key to keeping the lost weights, remain lost.
