ASSALAMUALAIKUM
Jawapan: 5-6 kali sehari dalam kuantiti yang sedikit.
Saya makan 5 kali sehari. Lunch mesti makan nasi. santapan berikutnya sekadar isi perut sahaja. =) Saya berjaya maintain berat saya untuk 2 bulan dengan kaedah ni. Secara lumrahnya berat saya akan naik 1/2 kilogram seminggu. Alhamdulillah. Tiada kenaikan lagi. cuma sekarang ni sedang menjinakkan perut dengan jumlah nasi yang semakin berkurang. hehe Thanx kevin!. Nasib baik saya tengok WHI aritu. huhu

LikeDislikedalam sehari saya mkn sekali waktu lunch..itupun kalau terasa nk makan nasi.slalunya sarapan saya buat milo n mkn dgn biskut atau cornflakes fitness.dlm pkl 9 kat ofis saya beli kuih muih and paling byk pun saya mkn 2 biji.tgh hari pula jarang sekali mkn nasi.slalunya saya beli kuih jer.mlm tgk keadaan ..mcm mana kevin?

menurut infosihat kementerian kesihatan
jadual makan menu sihat ialah:
sarapan pagi (tak boleh ditinggalkan)
minum pagi
makan tengah hari
minum petang
makan malam
makan 5X sehari dlm kuantiti yg kecil akan mengurangkan kelaparan dan membekalkan tenaga …makan ikut kalori spt kiraan BMR dan DCR..terima kasih kpd ebook Kevin 5kg-5week

breakfast- biasanya any shake + banana or roti or biskut
minum pagi-
lunch—- biasanya menu2 kegemaran
minum petang-
dinner– kepak ayam panggang +nasi putih atau pon wantan ho ayam
supper tu saya amik kalo lapar sampai tak boleh tido…
note: sangat susah tak makan ayam.. haha

saya just makan nasi sekali sehari jer itupun time lunch jer.
pagi saya just makan fitnesse + horlicks and then petang plak just nesvita yg coklat. malam langsung xmakan. alhamdulillah dgn cara tu sya brjaya maintain berat bdan sy dan hasilnya bgtu memberangsangkan. alhamdulillah.

LikeDislikeSy amalkan petua kevin, makan 7 kali, breakfast, mid lunch, lunch, pre/post workout,dinner and supper (jika perlu). Saya baru amalkan 3 bulan. Alhamdulillah, lagi nampak perubahan pd badan saya jika dibandingkn sebelum ini. Sepertimana yang dicakapkan oleh kevin, lagi kerap kita makan, lagi cepat metabolisme kita boost.
