Its been 2 months, i started healthy lifestyle…tp nak tny..adakan saya over do it or is it ok…

Weekday : spent 1 hour of exercise (i join kickfit)
My diet : i just x makan nasi…yang lain semua i hentam…hihihih

n after 2 months, i find my blood pressure is low constantly 90/60…n im tired…i found my weight still 56kg n my fitness score is still 69…

so…am i over do it…?
