Kalau your diet tu terlampau extrem, than memang metabolisme badan akan “shut-down”. Objektif “shut-down” tu untuk converse tenaga dan also cara badan memberi signal kepepada zana bahawa pengambilan kalori tu terlalu rendah ….
Kalau zana teruskan lagi, lama-lama you will probably pening-pening and akhirnya pengsan coz your body can’t cope lagi.
Untuk diet, pastikan your calorie intake TIDAK KURANG DARIPADA 50% DCR badan anda. Jangan crash diet.

boleh je but kalau boleh tak perlulah bergantung kepada puasa semata-mata untuk kawalan berat badan.
