kentang rebus tu rsenye simple karbo yg boleh mempercepatkan proses utk tukar ke tenaga. tapi bg sy ape2 pn kentang tetap karbo dan karbo perlu amik mengikut keperluan same spt nasik. so make sure amik dlm kuantiti berpatutan sbb kalu tenaga yg tak digunakan akn tukar kepada lemak juga.
