LikeDislikeJumlah pengambilan kalori terlalu rendah juga satu kesilapan. Ramai yang memilih untuk tidak makan kerana terlalu taksub nak kurus. Ini menyebabkan kandungan kalori dalam badan tidak memadai seperti yang diperlukan oleh tubuh.Jika jumlah kalori yang masuk hanya sekitar 1000 kcal atau kurang ia akan menurunkan kadar metabolisme tubuh.

LikeDisliketidak ada displin adalah punca kesilapan berdiet…ini kerana,,dgn adanya displin itulah yg akan mbwa kpada kejayaan berdiet….antara contoh displin yg hrus kita patuhi ialah,,,bersenam,menjauhi makanan yg berlemak mahupun bergoreng,dn lebih kpada diet yg sihat….dan sbginya…:)
