apa jadi kalo kita makan 3000 kcal sekali seminggu atau sebulan ??
adakah berat akan naik selalu ??
sbb terlebih makan cheat day

bg sy simple logic, kalu bdn kdaan rehat memerlukan cthnye 1800 kalori sehari + aktiviti biasa 600 kalori sehari tnpa buat sebarang senaman jadi 2600 kalori sehari diperlukan.
jadi 3000 kalori – 2600 kalori jadi 400 kalori lebihan dlm badan. itu baru sehari..
kalu seminggu 2400 kalori lebihan dlm bdn yg mgkin disimpan dlm bentuk lemak.
kalu sebulan da 9600 kalori.
from my opinion, kalu ad salah tlg tjukkan.. :p
