assalam . untuk sarapan pagi, terbaik adalah minum nestum 3 in 1 atau susu anlene ? untuk setiap hari .
most importantly, kena belajar baca label produk makanan, bandingkan jumlah kalori/tenaga, kalau tujuan cik untuk turunkan berat badan, better to choose less calorie one. bergantung pada amaun dan volume yang diambil.
sebenarnya fiber dalam nestum ni tujuannya untuk bagi kenyang supaya cik tak ambil makanan lain, tapi jumlah fiber untuk 1 packet nestum 3in1 cuma 1gram, sikit je. apa-apa pun terpulang pada jumlah kalori/tenaga.
