May i know, whats a good meal plan to lose weight?
I cant really go to the gym because i start work early and finish quite late. I’m told to lose weight we need to eat at least 5 times a day but in small portions. Is that true?
Can you give a sample meal plan?
For breakfast i usually buy a Subway sandwich or any type of sandwich. I either skip lunch or eat sandwich again. And dinner i will eat rice. Is it ok if i have fruits for dinner? Can you help tweak my meal plan?
