Boleh x kevin provide detail info about the right way to warm up @ stretching sebelum start jogging@workout?saya selalu rasa sakit kaki after jogging and sakit muscles after weight training walaupun da amik masa lama utk stretching n warm up.bila da sakit tu yg dtg rs mls nk smbung workout ;).boleh kevin tolong?
