Cara warm up dan stretching betul sebelum jogging@workout
Assalamualaikum. Boleh x kevin provide detail info about the right way to warm up @ stretching sebelum start jogging@workout?saya selalu rasa sakit kaki after jogging and sakit muscles after weight training walaupun da amik masa lama utk stretching n warm up.bila da sakit tu yg dtg rs mls nk smbung workout
.boleh kevin tolong?

Biasanye kalau dah selalu jog or training, dah tak rasa sakit dah.. So, jog n train more

LikeDislikemungkin sebab kaki tu tak dapat menampung berat badan kot..sbb..kdg2 jantung okay tpi kaki yg cepat lenguh…betul tu…mula2 mmg sakit..tp lama2 dah okay dah..
