Hi Kevin, I just want to ask, what are the types of exercise busy people like me can do as I am normally out of the house from 7.30am – 7.30pm as I commute 1 hour everyday to & from the office. So basically I only have 3 hours before I sleep around 10.30pm everyday. I don’t have any exercise machine at home & I certainly don’t have the time to go to gym. I only have a gym ball. Thanks
