Exercise for the Busy People?
Hi Kevin, I just want to ask, what are the types of exercise busy people like me can do as I am normally out of the house from 7.30am – 7.30pm as I commute 1 hour everyday to & from the office. So basically I only have 3 hours before I sleep around 10.30pm everyday. I don’t have any exercise machine at home & I certainly don’t have the time to go to gym. I only have a gym ball. Thanks

You work 24/7 ? You are wonder women ! If you can spare sometimes at the office to workout that will be good (15 minutes during lunch break is sufficient)
kalau ada bilik office bawak gym ball sekali , so that the gymball tak tidoq kat rumah hehe .
A lot of core body and lower body exercises you can do using gym ball include bridging, squat you’ll be surprise i prescribe most of exercise for pregnant women and exercise during period (stomach cramp) using gym ball too . If your office have some space to run
lari la pi bali pi balik from an end to the other, it sounds crazy but this is a way for you to curi masa and make use of what you have or else, bawak skipping rope
skips skips like a little girl during your childhood , (don’t forget to wear appropriate footwear
)
If you tak kerja 24/7 you have cuti Sabtu or Shad or kerja 1/2 day on Sat , choose a day to take a full rest , I’m sure your physical and mental also need some recovery. And jog or run on the beautiful Sunday morning

Problem is I don’t stay in the office long enough. I’m always walking around & going up and down the whole 5 storey of my office. I park far away so that I have to walk to the office at least 5 minutes every day. Most of the time, I’m the car. By the time I reach home I’m already exhausted & exercising is the last thing in my mind.
I can’t jog or skip yet as I developed a knee problem 2 years back when I gain weight. It will cause my knee joint to be ‘locked’ & when it happened I can’t even bend my knee. I wish I could, because I love to run one day. I could only do walking exercise for now. I do hope there are other kind of exercises that could target the whole body though in which I could do without injuring my knee even further.
