Nak tanya, adakah lebih baik weight training (sit-up, push up, angkat dumbell) dilakukan setiap hari, atau perlu ada beberapa hari utk kita skip daripada buat weight training tu?
Well macam nie:
1) yes boleh buat weight training “hari-hari” but jangan lah otot yang sama. Kalau hari ini buat sit-up (ab workout), biarkan otot itu rehat dan recover dalam 48-72jam sebelum latihnya lagi.
2) pastikan dalam seminggu ada at least 1 off day di mana tiada senaman langsung. Ini untuk biarkan your body/otot recover.
