Sakit-sakit sengal tu normal. Itu tanda yg otot tu terangsang hasil senaman yang Muzakhir amalkan.
Biasanya selepas 2-3 hari dah ok …. maybe kalau kali pertama lebih sikit.
Untuk bantu baiki sakit2 sengal tersebut – rehatkan bahagian otot tersebut dan makan dan minum secukupnya.

LikeDislikesakit2 tu biasa…saya ambil whey protein selepas workout untuk cepat recovery. satu lagi alternate workout untuk bahagian badan..contoh hari ni buat shoulder workout esoknya tukar untuk abs workout…ini supaya shoulder dapat rehat a least 24hrs dan seterusnya. Harap ni dapat membantu.

LikeDislikeHai kevin masa kita sakit tu boleh kah kita buat rest dalam 2hari then proceed to another part of body. Lets say hari isnin chest khamis buat shoulder, is it ok? 2 hari cukupkah?

Monday: chest & back
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: abs, lower back
Thursday: legs
Friday, Saturday, sunday: Rest
Boleh juga selang seli ngan rehat:
Monday: chest & back
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: rest ..and so on..
Cardio should be done after lifting…. boleh g bodybuilding.com utk byk tips2 n routine..cari yg bersesuaian dgn diri tuan..
