Let say ssorg tu memerlukan 2500 kalori stiap hari,dia perlu tmbah 500 kalori so total 3000 kalori.ttp kalori berlebihan juga bkn sje mmbuatkn otot membesar tp boleh mnaikkn lemak.oleh tu,mkn mknan yg berkualiti and clean diet supaya bdn nmpak ripped and mascular. hope ni dpt mnjawap persoalan anda
