My bicep is flabby when I flexed it?
Dear Kevin, after I finished my workout routine. I started to flex my bicep and looked at the result. I found out that my left bicep is flabby after I workout and my right bicep is solid stone when I flexed it. Can u please tell me why is this happening ? Is it because I did the routine wrong or is it because I did to much of working out. TQ Kevin.
