kevin sy berumur 23 thun tp berat sy 75 kg.sy sudah cube trunkn berat bdn dengan diet.tp berat sy naik trun.bagaimana cara senaman yg sesuai dgn saya.memandangkan sy kerap duduk di offce??

LikeDislikeumur 23, hari tu timbang 69, sekarang x tahu, tapi, berat ideal sepatutnye 52, so, sepatutnye kene turun 17kg…saya dah buat cam sir suruh, makan, catat pe yang dimakan, kire kalori, bersenam, tiap2 awi saya mengambil masa selama 2 jam untuk kemas umah dari basuh kain, kemas umah, basuh simen halaman, tapi, still tak turun…nape eyk? then saya nak tanye pe senaman yang sesuai? bab saya nie malu la nak joging…buah2an saya tak boleh makan, bab saya ade semput…saya alah ngan buahan…so sob…cam ne….? saya tak nak orang ejek saya lagi…

sye start diet 16.4.2012 dgn berat 95.7 kg…mgu first sye diet je trun 1.5kg..time tu da hepi sgt da,then second week ade mmbr ajak g naik bukit,sye pegi..bukit tu mmg ade trek utk jog n pemandangan cantik sgt…start ari tu sye btekad jog kat situ sbb masa first time dtg kat situ ramai je org mcm sye jog skali kat situ.kalo x larat nk jog jalan pn xpe…lepas tu mmg ari2 dtg jog kat situ…
after 2 week berat da jdik 92kg…lg la hepi…sye jog ari2 tmsuk sbtu ahad kcuali ada hal yg x ble nk elak. lepas jog sebulan, stakat 2 round bukit tu mmg da xjdi hal.thn ni nyer standard charterd KL run sye join(kira wakil jabatan)..join yg 10km nyer…berat masa tu 83kg…x sangka ble abiskn 10km dlm masa 1jam 45minit…
bg sye nk kurus n diet ni perlu 2 benda je..semangat n keinginan..kalo stakat semangat tp keinginan xde mmg x jdik.kalo nk tp xde semangat lg la x ble jdik..tp bile dua2 tu ade,kte automaticly xkn peduli benda lain…yg kte tau kte n kurus n sihat…paling pting niat nk kurus tu kene betul..kalo stakat nk kurus sbb nk cantik baik x payah

tp run mlm la… kalau bulan puasa ni lepas terawih la…
seminggu sekali jer…
waktu2 len run pusing area ofis ke presint 2 jela..

LikeDislikedepends on your kebolehan. If baru nak start and kurang yatin dengan kekuatan otot/sendi, bermulalah dengan senaman ZERO impact seperti berbasikal, stepper, cross trainer atau renang. Kalau tak pun bermula dengan berjalan, fast walk etc … nanti demi masa, once your sendi/otot lebih kuat … bolehlah tingkatkan intensity dan selitkan medium/high impact exercises.

LikeDislikewah!semangat baca komen korg semua..btul kevin ckp..senaman permulaan bergantung pd kekuatan otot sendi gak..sy dh penah kena..psl lama x exercise..trus2 joging (kena paksa ngn hubby)..skt lutut berminggu2..huhu..skrg ni cycling dlm rmh je..tp part control mkn tu susah skit la..nk ambil smgat dr korg smua utk kembali diet..kurus utk sihat..

LikeDislikeseronok baca komen u all..saya berumur 36thn..dulu2 mmg senang je turun berat bdn..tp bilaumur 32 mcm tu sy notice susah nak turun berat bdn..ni sy baru hbis berpantang selepas melahirkn baby pd hujung sept..berat sblm mgandung ialah 71kg..then msa ngandung sy control mkn dan exercise..so berat hari terakhir mgandung ialah 74.6kg..gynae di gleneagles tak bising pun ttg berat tak btambah byk..
then masa pantang sy tak ambil minuman manis..mkn pun yg rebus2 je..mmg makanan org bpantang..sy buat exercise sikit2 la..jalan2 sekitar rumah (sambil dukung baby yg menangis..hihi)..alhamdulillah..berat sy skrg 63.2kg..jauh lebih rendah dari sblm mgandung..
saya rasa sebab sy jaga makan berat sy turun byk..terbukti kena jaga makan la lepas ni…

sy xrasa mkn ubat perancang mengemukkan kerana sy jugak mkn ubat perancang masih boleh menurunkan berat badan
