It’s good habit to take a shower (hot/cold) right after exercise? is there is any short or long term effect?
In terms of weight loss, no problem at all …. but if your heart rate is still elavated (post workout), you are still going to feel pretty sticky post shower. Hence, wait for your heart rate to cool down (say 15 minutes) before hitting the shower.
Additionally, it your body is still pretty “hot”, a cold shower may shock your lungs, throat etc, making them more prone to infections.
Thats about it 🙂

Kevin, what if I take hot shower? Isit still the same? To wait until the body cool down?
