untuk membentuk bhgn atas badan dan menyingkirkan belly yang ada perlu buat weight training + cardio. build muscle ada lah cara terbaik untuk menyingkirkan lemak yang ada. tapi jika tak nak muscle yang terlalu besar lakukan weight training dgn bebas yang ringan.
