When is the best time to go for a run, jog or do cardio training? Most will probably say “morning” but why?
job or jog?…sya rase bg yg keje monday hingga friday balik kul 5, jog petang yg sesuai dlm kul 5.30 atau 6ptg…balik je keje terus jog..kalau hari minggu pagi atau petang pn boleh jog..ni my opinion

NAK MINTA PENDAPAT KEVIN, KENAPE TIAP KALI SAYA BUAT SENAMAN KARDIO SEPERTI JOGING, SAYA AKAN TERASA NAK SENDAWA..KALAU 40 MINIT EXERCISE LEBIH KURANG 6 KALI SAYA SENDAWA..APE KESANNYA EK?..HARAP DAPAT BANTU.TQ

I’ve ran early morning, close to noon, petang2 and night.
I rase as long as u’re fueled up and prepared before each run there’s no difference in performance.
The maximum metabolisme boost up adalah in the morning. Macam makan breakfast, we need to take breakfast as early as we can (with the appropriate amount and type of food of course!) so that badan kita boleh set siap2 our metabolisme performance for that day.
