semasa tidur lemak juga akan dibakar tetapi kadar pembakaran tidaklah banyak semasa kita berjaga / siang…Sebab itulah kita disarankan tidur selepas 4 jam kita makan….manakala kalau kita tidur selepas kita makan, makanan tidak sempat dicernakan…hmmm..itu hanya pendapat saya..

LikeDislikepd pndapat saya,tidor x semestinya 8jam,6-7 jam cukup sebenarnya,tp bila kita dah everyday tidur 8 jam,6 hours of sleep akan mnyebabkan kita bernafsu untuk makan..dan susah nak control pemakanan kita..jadi utk kita tidur kurang dr 8jam tanpa rasa bernafsu untuk makan ialah,kita adjust tidur kita supaya mnjadi 6jam setiap hari..
and that’s my opinion,sy bukanlah cikgu fitness pun,hehe,,so ini just pndapat berdasarkan pengalaman saya

actually kalau kita kurang tidur 8 jam … ia BOLEH menggemukkan secara tidak langsung. Kenapa?
Sebab kalau tak cukup tidur dan badan tidak cukup rehat, ia akan jadikan anda kurang bertenaga untuk hari yang berikutnya dan itu secara tidak langsung membuat anda bakar KURANG KALORI.
Also, anda akan berasa penat kalau tak cukup 8 jam. Itu isyarat badan anda meminta anda berehat lagi.

LikeDislikewhat if dah tidur 8 jam tapi bangun masih rasa penat? will non-uniform sleeping pattern (shift workers) have an affect on this?
