Breastfeeding Mom Weight Loss
I’ve just given birth to my 11 months son, and I’m ready to lose weight. However, I’m currently still breastfeeding, and I’m worried that dieting would affect my milk supply. I tried dieting with my 2nd child a few years back, and it took a toll on my milk supply. Would you be able to advice the right routine as well as healthy + suitable diet plan for a breasfeeding mom like me?
