Well tak semestinya …. tapi kalau telah melalui pembedahan, anda tidah dapat bersenam jadi penurunan berat badan mungkin lebih perlahan/sukar …. apa2 pun jagalah pemakanan dengan lebih baik pada masa pemulihan dan tingkat senaman apabila pembedahan telah pulih.

LikeDislikeHi kevin, Yes kena exercise tapi I rasa dengan pembedahan, agak sukar untuk kempiskan perut berbanding salin normal.

Mengikut pengalaman saya sendiri yg sudah 4x melalui pembedahan c-section, tak banyak beza yg bersalin normal & c-section dari segi punurunan berat badan. Cuma, selepas pembedahan, seseorang wanita itu kena mengambil masa dalam sebulan untuk betul-betul pulih. Disebabkan pembedahan itu, pantang memang kena jaga untuk luka pembedahan sembuh, menyebabkan pemakanan terjaga & ini boleh membantu mengurangkan berat badan. Sekiranya wanita itu “breastfeeding”, lebih cepat berat badan itu turun. Apa-apa urutan dibahagian perut hanya boleh dibuat selepas luka sembuh.

LikeDislikeSy setuju dgn ani.Melalui pengalaman sy sendiri 3x c-sec ,penurunan berat badan adalah sangat mudah. Disiplin diri adalah sangat penting.Jangan jadikan bersalin sebagai alasan untuk anda jadi gemuk. Sayangi diri sendiri barulah boleh sayang n jaga org2 tersayang!

Saya mempunyai dua pengalaman bersalin yang berbeza. 1st baby bersalin normal and the 2nd c-zer. Sejujurnya saya lebih gemar bersalin normal kerana sejurus selepas pantang i already can hit the road to jog and do simple excercise. Untuk yang kedua saya mengalami sedikit kesukaran terutama di bahagian perut kerana mempunyai kulit yang tebal and only can do sit up after a year. Tapi, seperti comment rynn di atas, ia bukan alasan untuk redha dengan keadaan diri tanpa berusaha dan jadikan pregnancy sebagai alasan. I still manage to lose weight tp kena berusaha lebih untuk tummy..Jamu dan pantang jangan abaikan..tak ada siapa boleh bantu atau kasihankan diri kita melain diri kita sendiri..salam

LikeDislikeI am pregnant now and it is going to be my 3rd caesarean.. Tak tahulah macam mana for my 3rd ni.. For the previous deliveries, yang pertama memang mudah nak turunkan berat badan. But yang kedua agak susah, perut tebal, couldn’t exercise kat perut. Bila buat abs exercise, rasa pedih di tempat jahitan. Nak jogging pun agak susah, kena pakai support yang ketat, then baru boleh jogging.. But Alhamdulillah, it slowly turun lah, plus I breastfeed. lepas 1 year baru betul2 boleh actively pergi gym and do cardio exercise ikut rutin.. Boleh lah nak maintain 48kg with 154cm height..

Thanks cuz u inspire me to lose weight the healthy way. ☺ I experience 2 times c-sect, the first one for me really easy to lose weight, i did not work out but i bf and manage my own house chores, i guess sebab tu i senang lose weight. By 5-6 months i got my pre pregnancy weight 53kilos. The second one, sgt susah.. My weight stand still at 59kilos after 6 months, even i bf..
