Kalau anda ingin bersenam sebelum berbuka puasa, apakah bentuk senaman yang sesuai? Jogging, cardio, aerobiks, yoga, sauna, angkat berat, weight training?
Adakah weight training,angkat berat sesuai sebelum berbuka puasa? Dan adakah ok kalau lakukan selepas berbuka(selepas terawih). Saya takut badan akan mengalami katabolik.

Weight training kurang sesuai sebelum berbuka. Pergerakan explosive angkat berat perlukan tenaga and air yang banyak.
Cardio ringan boleh dilakukan sebelum berbuka … bagi saya paling sesuai dalam sejam sebelum berbuka, terutama kalau ingin bakar lemak.
contoh senaman kardio yg sesuai?
kebanyakan exercise yang dibuat sebelum berbuka ialah cardio. contohnya brisk walking and slow jog for 30-40 minutes. (i usually perform weight lifting but with moderate weight).
to be detail sekiranya berbuka dalam pukul 7:30p.m, routinenya begini:
6:00-7:00pm- joging or any cardio exercise (if kat luar, reason- cuaca tak berapa panas)
7:00-7:7:30pm- prepare for berbuka
7:30-8:00pm- berbuka(usually buah kurma and air kosong). then solat. u may eat any quick carbs food before go to gym such as Snickers for instant carb loading to obtain energy.
8:00-9:00pm- cardio and weight lifting depending on your objectives (cutting or sizing)
after gym, eat balance food. your body need it at that time.
