okay tak kalau minum energy drinks macam extra joss utk sahur? kalori rendah, energy + nutrition okay.
sahur tadi minum 1 packet, tak lapar and tak mengantuk lagi.
Wanted to ask the same question to Kevin. Tapi saya nak minum drinks macam redbull or etc for sahur. Is it okay?
