saya memang pernah cuba selama 2 bulan. Kesannya ok, lebih kurang 7kg turun, sebab saya replace nasi dengan susu, memang la berbaloi kalau kita kira kalori, apa pun jawapanya DEFISIT CALORIE juga.. sekarang dah tak minum sebab tahu la tanpa apa2 produk pun, kita akan boleh turunkan berat badan sebanyak mana yang kita mahu dengan DEFISIT CALORIE, kalau nak tahu, studi dengan abg kevin..

Otot2 mnjadi fit, tnpa exercise mn boleh fit.. kunci dia kene bersenamlah.

saya dah ambil SD2 ni dah masuk 3 tin..tp penurunan hanya 5 kg sahaja. Memang sedih lah… duit beratus habis, tapi tak banyak yang turun. Orang lain ambil 2 3 tin pun berbelas kilo turun. Saya dapat tahu puncanya ialah kerana hormon saya tidak stabil. Melalui reseacrh yang saya buat, saya mendapati bahawa bagi mereka mengalami masalah ketidakstabilan hormon memang susah nak turunkan berat badan. Kemudian, saya sedang mengambil ubat hormon untuk betulkan period saya, so saya dah stop pengambilan SD2 sebab tidak digalakkan minum SD2 bersama ubat. Apa yang saya buat, saya akan exercise setiap petang selepas balik keje. Main badminton, squash, ping pong, tenis, cycling dan jogging. Kalau ada kelapangan , saya akan swimming. Tapi salah satu side effect ubat hormon tu ialah menaikkan selera makan. So, saya memang lah tak dapat nak menahan nafsu makan saya. Jadi segala exercise saya ni hanya mampu untuk maintain kan berat badan sahaja. Tak mengapa…sekurangnya badan tak naik… Saya akan meneruskan usaha. Mungkin hanya dengan diet dan exercise sahaja yang dapat membantu saya. Mungkin SD2 atau produk-produk pelangsingan badan tidak dapat membantu saya. Thanks Kevin…you inspire me to work more harder towards achiving my dreams…lagipun saya dah 3 tahun kawin tak dapat anak lagi, doc pun pesan kena kuruskan badan untuk mengandung. In shaa Allah, saya akan berusaha.

saya dah beli ebook kevin tp tak faham camana nak kira defisit calorie. BMR 1365. DCR 1910. Calorie intake 1360. Calorie output 2460. Boleh tak sesapa tlg terangkan dlm bahasa yg paling mudah. trima kasih.

Camni senang je,DCR awak 1910, awak makan 1360 kan.
Jadi 1360-1910= -550 kcal sehari. Byk lah nii.
Tp jgn plak mkn terlmpau rendah dr BMR.
Tp yg 2460 kcal byk tu, ada buat high intensity training ke??. Ke awak salah ukur ni..
Sy bersenam sehari pon paling kuat bakar dlm 600-900 kcal..*mungkin, sbb x measure pon!!
Mmg x nmpk pengurangan bdan 1minggu. Ia terjadi secara kumulatif. Dlm diet kene bersabar, sy pon mcm awak dulu.
Bersenam at least berjoging lah. Kalu lagi bgs kira kcal intake+after burn..br la dpt anggaran tepat pengurangan DCR sehari.

Basically bagi saya, macam herbalife jugak, tiada masalah guna/minum Alpha Lipid SD II (ia mengandungi soy protein, fiber etc), tetapi rahsia disebalik produk itu adalah pantang larang diet (ala-ala diet aktins).

Saya suka lepak di Subway, beli turkey breast wheat sandwiches…cuma 320 calories saja untuk satu serving

LikeDislikeI never take this product before, but from what I see from the label, its actually a multivitamin + fiber + protein..
1) Most of those who control ther food intake, lack of multivitamin that can lead to other diseases.
2) Fiber is complex sugar. it takes time to be digested. that’s why it was claimed as apetite supresor. LAMBAT LAPAR>>(not sure about that coz it depend on their discipline too)
3) protein- its just an healthy food. most of the processes that happen in our body needs protein. etc: hormone, enzyme, antibody are all protein based.
4) Vitamin B complex..
If taken before food, it helps in ‘burning’ your fats.
BUT!!!!! IF TAKEN AFTER FOOD!!! INCREASED YOUR APPETITE!!!!
So never take it after food!!
THIS IS WHAT I CAN SEE FROM THE LABEL.. No comment about the testimonial..

Kalo tak amik SD II pun bole je guna atkins diet without paying extra to buy that OVERPRICED crappy SD II that everyone think is magic. One funny thing that I found in a SD II hardcore MLMer website is a looooong list of food that you CANNOT eat, and a list of BLAME on those who fail the diet. DUH… if people invest a huge sum of money for a small amount a ‘miracle’, they expect that ‘miracle’ to work, not some bad ass lame reason that you shouldn’t do this or you shouldn’t eat that. I m a firm believer of doing weights and cardio to lose weight. For some, those activities may take too much of their time when they have to juggle btwn work and homecare. The idea is to lose weight. Achieve and be happy – no matter how one does it.
I asked their consultants before, outa curiosity. My guess is there could be some form of fat burner in it. Macam yg org pg gym amek tu kowt. Lastly, anything chemically based or any activities that you overdo onto your body is never good for the body. It’s one’s choice.

LikeDislikeAnyway, kalau hanya bandingkan Herbalife and Alpha Lipid semata2, I’d rather take Herbalife sebab tak perlu restrict diet mcm Alpha Lipid. Herbalife is a complete meal replacement drink. Besides, kalau mix Herbalife dgn susu skim Sunlac would be good too.
It’s all up to ourselves in the end. We can’t depend on supplements forever to lose or maintain our weight. The foods we choose to eat are very important.

LikeDislikeIt’s true. But not too much water though, for too much water might burden the kidneys. As too much of anything is bad for you, but too little is too. So just stick in the middle of those.
Didn’t we always heard of to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day? 8 glasses is approximately more than 1.5 liters, give or take. But the amount of water needed is varies depending certain factors such as your weight, age, activity level and climate. So far, I manage to take at least 2liters of water per day.
But I want to hear Kevin’s advice on this issue.

LikeDislikeHL as in herbalife? Price aside. Both are ok nutritionally. Herbalife is more complete as a meal replacement. SDII is more of a protein (wit some fiber + fat) supplement.

I’ve tried this product 4 a month n lost almost 7kgs..after trying few products(exclude HL due to price) I’m satisfied with it..apart of I’m losing weight their claim on no feeling hungry eventhough not taking carbo 4 me its true.
I’m not really following d sugessted diet but did very best to eat according to it..so I believe d product works!
However,after reading all d feedback/comment,the idea on ‘placebo effect’ really catch my attention. N while taking it,the total calorie intake was 800++/day..it means eventhough u skip ur carbo,d tendency of exceeding ur daily calorie intake is still high as in my case,the person told eat everything I want except carbo/sugar/food including fried food/contains santan..lucky enuff I not simply jumpy into that thinking cz y I shud add another fat after I burn it..
So,now I might realize that the diet itself is d key of ne losing weight. Here I jz share my experience with the product n my humble opinion after reading all d threads..I find this discussion is beneficial 4 me..tq 4 all ur respond..

Instead of helping herself in her MLM’s business, I just feel that I wanna try the product. Is it effective or perhaps I should proceed with my exercises and control my diet? Isn’t it? By the way, I’ve tried herbalife. But it won’t works for me. Maybe the diet schedule that provided for me is wrong diet schedule. Infact, I gain my weight around 10kg for 1 month. For jus diet mate 5, I’ve tried it already. But, it affects me a lot. I’ve faced my migrain badly. For me, Whatever products you use, it doesn’t matter. Its all about our movement or exercises. 1. Sy memang tak tertelan oatmeal n seangkatan.. bila try SDII kawan sy.. terus nak muntah.
2. Harga.. kalo berat 90kg.. a month dlm 8tin.. *180 = $$$
3. Diet dia sungguh la mahal.. sy pernah buat diet atkins..mahal.. sebulan turun 7kg.. masuk bulan kedua turun 5kg.. + sy jogging 3 minggu sekali.. tp bila sampai 1 masa sy dah rasa tak mampu nak continue on the diet.. berat naik balik 10kg!!!
bayangkan kalau amek SDII + kena makan bersumberkan protein (diet atkins) == bankrupt!

LikeDislikebercakap pasal SD11 ini, sya di beritahu pengambilan SD11 bersama dgn program dietnye yg membuatkan ramai org turun berat badan. Bukan semata2 product shj. Jika minum SD11 tapi tak mengamalkan program diet, pun tidak akan dapat penurunan. Product ini juga sebagai suplement untuk membantu pembakaran lemak secara semualajadi. Sebab itu boleh dapat penurunan lebih cepat. Pilihan di tangan masing2. Kalau nak kuruskan badan turunlah product dari langit pun tapi pengambilan makanan tak jaga, mmg takkan kurus. LikeDislikeSaya ada amalkan SDII since saya pernah join MLM Alpha Lipid at year 2008..
secara jujur, produk dia AMAT MAHAL utk diamalkan. Dan kesannya mmg nampak dalam 1-2 minggu, tapi ada problem bila kita STOP makan. Badan terus naik mendadak!
At the end, saya stop amek produk2 mcm ni, saya hanya amalkan HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) utk kembalikan badan atlit saya yg lama. Lepas 1 bulan training, stamina meningkat dan badan mula rasa ringan, lemak makin kurang dan berat turun. Yang best, badan makin nampak segak. Ramai kawan ingat sy pegi gym, padahal saya training di rumah je.
Utk turunkan berat badan dlm masa singkat, SDII adalah terbaik. tapi utk long-term perlukan $$$. Back to basic, utk sihat & fit kita perlu kontrol kalori, tingkatkan metabolisme badan.

2. Cuka Kurma (Khal Tamar) (RM10 Botol Sedang)
3. Minyak Zaitun (RM16 Botol Sedang)
4. Madu Asli (RM70 Botol Besar)
So, conclusion : AMALKAN MAKANAN SIHAT, JAGA PEMAKANAN, BERSENAM. tak perlu proudk2 yg mahal.

Maybe i didn’t follow the pantang. haha…but then i became more health conscious after spending many hours looking for the logic of the apple cider vinegar n olive oil in the MUST menu list. I stopped SD2 and eat healthy… drink apple cider vinegar drink 3 times daily. and i lost way more than what i lost from taking SD2. and now i can eat carbs freely without having any weigh gain… So what can i say is..the diet is the key for the weight lost and the apple cider is crucial to prevent weight gain.. LikeDislikesdII ni salah satu produk turunkan berat badan yang berkesan. saya pernah cuba 4 tin, dapat turun sampai 12kg. harganya memang mahal, tp sebelum guna produk ni saya dah habis beribu2 secara tak sedar selama 2 tahun sebab gunakan produk yang tak berkesan walaupun murah. kalau nak kurus memang kena ada 2 benda, usaha n duit. kalau kurang salah satu effect akan berkurang.

saya nekad nak cuba ALSDII pada bulan Jun, dan alhamdulillah…dalam masa 2 bulan, saya berjaya turunkan 12kg utk dapatkan ideal weight.
sekarang ini saya hanya perlu maintain cara diet yang sesuai…kerana saya tahu…corak pemakann saya sebelum ini yg membuatkan saya gemuk…lebih karhbohidrat dalam badan membuatkan badan gemuk..
hakikatnya..lebih ramai orang mati kerana lebih makan karbohidrat dari kurang makan karbohidrat…
all the best kepada yang suka makan karbohidrat berlebihan tetapi malas nak exercise..

tak sesuai utk saya ibu yg menyusukan anak, dan suka makan. LikeDislikeSeronok juga membaca komen-komen anda di sini. Bagi saya dan secara peribadi, semuanya terpulang pada masing-masing. At the end of the day, semuanya bergantung kepada diri kita sendiri juga what you want to achieve.
Saya mengamalkan Herbalife dah masuk empat bulan sekarang dan ia memang berkesan untuk saya. Saya hanya menggantikan sarapan pagi dan makan malam dengan Herbalife.
Same goes with Atkins diet juga. Memang benar ia banyak membantu mengurangkan berat badan. Dan saya sendiri mengamalkannya hanya pada waktu makan tengah hari. Saya lakukan sebab atas nasihat doktor selepas buat medical check up tempoh hari yang memerlukan saya untuk mengurangkan berat badan saya.
Sekarang ini, Alhamdulillah. Saya dapat merasakan penurunan berat badan saya apabila baju lama boleh dipakai semula. Saya selesa dengan cara diet saya dan saya akan meneruskannya sehingga saya mencapai berat badan ideal saya biarpun ia mengambil masa yang lama.

LikeDislikeLagi satu, semua ini ada kaitannya dengan cara amalan pemakanan kita yang telah dididik dari kecil. Nasi adalah makanan ruji dan memang tidak dinafikan, ada sebahagian yang tidak boleh hidup tanpa makan nasi.
Jadi, bila nak diet tanpa makan nasi, sudah semestinya ia akan mengambil masa untuk sesuaikan diri. Apa yang saya tahu, crash diet memang tidak elok (mungkin Kevin boleh jelaskan dan maaf kalau saya silap tentang hal ini) dan lebih elok kalau diet secara berperingkat.
Saya ada seorang kawan yang terlalu obses untuk menguruskan badannya dan dia mengamalkan Alpha Lipid SDII tu. Apa yang saya lihat dia kelihatan seperti orang tidak sihat walaupun dia kurus.
Sekali lagi, semuanya terpulang dan bergantung kepada diri kita sendiri. Yang penting, usah pedulikan apa orang kata tentang kita. Fikirkan tentang diri kita sendiri.

Saya telah mengamalkan diet atkins bersama ALSDII ini bersama kawalan makanan dan bersenam setiap petang. Memang ramai yang kata diet atkins tanpa susu ajaib tu sama saja sebab mengurangkan carbo dan gula. Tapi saya rasa semuanya bergantung pada tubuh badan setiap orang. ingin saya tekankan di sini, diet atkins yang sama amalkan hanya utk tempoh yang tertentu sahaja. saya pernah mengamalkan atkins diet pd tahun 2010. utk 3 bulan mmg saya trn bera bdn tapi saya kelihatan seperti orang sakit. ramai kawan2 yang menegur saya sakit ke?
tapi pada tahun ini, saya mencuba produk ALSDII ini bersama diet atkins, berat saya masih turun ke tahap yg tidak pernah saya impikan dan saya tidak langsung kelihatan seperti orang sakit. sbb ALSDII ini adalah sebagai supplement. Oleh kerana saya terpaksa mengawal jumlah carbo dan gula, termasuk nasi (makanan ruji) saya masih mendapat nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh melalui nutrisi yang terkandung dalam susu ALSDII.
Saya bersetuju berat boleh dikurangkan dengan rejim senaman yang berkualiti dan kawalan makanan yang seimbang. Tapi, terpulang pada setiap orang utk mengamalkan supplement. ALSDII bukan produk kurus semata2. Ia lebih kepada makanan tambahan.
Dan juga diet atkins bukan sesuai untuk diamalkan sepanjang hayat. Bagi saya, setelah berat ideal diperolehi, kita perlu menilai diri sendiri untuk mengamalkan pemakanan seimbang supaya kita tidak lagi mengalami masalah berat badan. =)

And sy juge cuba amik SDII with healthy diet.. turun jugak tp slow. maybe sb ade nasi. So better amalkan apa yg kevin guide dlm ebook beliau. saya dah stop minum supplement, still boleh turun sebab dah tau cara kawalan calorie. yg bestnya, dah jadi seronok exercise kat gym. kalau tak p gym, duk menari kat rumah pun boleh exercise, sapu rumah, cuci kain, turun naik tangga, semua aktiviti kita lakukan bakar calorie, confirm boleh turun berat badan sekurang-kurangnya 1kg 1 bulan. ok what.. yg pnting jgn naik berat. kalau nak turun lebih, exercise more. 1. JM5 – saya cuba sekotak – dah habis sekotak tak de penurunan langsung. Takde sape2 guide langsung masa ni. banyak gak pantang larang.
2. SDII – Saya cuba 1 tin – turun 1kg jer bila habis satu tin. Tak taulah kalau saya langgar pantang. ni pun byk pantang larang.
3. Herbalife – So far, paling effektif diantara Meal replacement yang saya pernah cuba. 18kgs in 4 month. dari 102kg saya turun sehingga 84kgs. Coach HL banyak mengajar permakanan seimbang, cara2 workout dan tiada pantang larang. Selepas tu saya stop ambik HL.
setelah berhenti HL, saya kembali ke cara permakanan yg tidak sihat dan tidak terkawal, eat as much as u can… hehehe… at the end of the day, berat badan naik semula hingga ke 97 kg dalam masa hampir setahun setelah berhenti HL.
sekarang ni saya dalam proses penurunan berat badan secara NEUTRAL. TANPA apa-apa meal replacement. Rutin saya sekarang:
i. Breakfast – epal hijau sebiji, Oat secawan dan roti 2 kpg. 2L H2o hingga ke lunch time.
ii. Lunch – Buah Betik sepotong, Nasi separuh, ulaman2, ikan atau ayam (dada), 2L H2o hingga ke petang. Snacking buah2an – epal ke.. buah lai.
iii. Dinner – Buah betik sepotong, oat secawan+madu, roti+cheese 2 kpg. H2o 1L. Work out kat gym for 45 minutes. Intensive cardio training- 20 minutes cycling, 20 minutes treadmill and 5 minutes, stepper.

tp rasanya apa yg kita nk singkirkan ialah lemak kn? so lemak ni bukan senang2 nak singkirkan.
apa yg saya faham, nak bakar kalori kena ada karbo. kalau xdak karbo, kalori xbole dibakar. metabolisme drop, nanti mkaan lebih skit, jadi la gemok balik.
so kalau nk kurus, latihan kardio, latihan berat, karbo yg cukup, air cukup.. rasanya kunci bagi badan yg sihat adalah gaya hidup sihat.
masalahnya org melayu suka sgt short cut. xboleh cmtu.. ikut ja piramid makanan, buat senaman yg cukup, solat jgn tggal, insyaallah sihat la badan kita.. xyah nk taksub sgt dgn produk mcm ni..

Analogi mudah bagi saya adalah seperti kita menggunakan telefon bimbit yg mana pada tujuan asalnya adalah untuk menyampaikan maklumat, zaman dahulu org sampaikan maklumat menggunakan surat dan mengambil masa berhari2 utk surat tu sampai dan maklumat diterima.. setelah berlaku perkembangan teknologi, telefon bimbit mengambil tempat surat menyurat, dengan keputusan yg lagi cepat,pantas dan mudah… dulu telefon Nokia 3310 pn da ckp sempurna melakukan tugasan tersebut, namun perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat, muncul jenama2 hp baru dengan lebih sempurna seperti Blackberry,Samsung,IPhone dsb.. tetapi fungsi asal tetap sama iaitu menyampaikan maklumat cumanya mempunyai kelebihan dan istimewa yg lebih dr hp Nokia 3310 tadi..
Nak dianalogikan dengan penurunan berat badan pun sama,nak mengambil sumber semulajadi dan mengurangkan pengambilan makanan pn boleh juga turun berat badan (seperti kes Nokia 3310), tapi setelah berlaku perkembangan teknologi dan sains di zaman yg serba cepat dan laju ini muncul produk2 penurunan berat badan yang dicipta dengan kelebihan dan keistimewaan tersendiri seperti HERBALIFE, SD2 dan sebagainya.. ( sama seperti kes Blackberry, Samsung dan Iphone tadi..) matlamat tetap nak turun berat badan cuma cara berbeza sejajar degan perkembangan zaman..
APapun kalau kita boleh bergerak lebih laju kenapa kita perlu bergerak lambat… kalau boleh hantar maklumat gunakan SMS, kenapa lagi perlu hantar surat yg ambil masa berhari2… kalau boleh turun berat badan dengan selamat dan cepat kenapa nak tunggu cara lama.. kalau produk dah terbukti berkesan dan ramai testimoni yang luar biasa dari Atlit2 sukan mahupun pengguna biasa, tinggal kita sahaja mahu menilai bagaimana..

actually kpd sape2 yg amalkan alsd2, u need to eat! bkn berlapar..mkn sehari sekali je..bile u all xikut pantang, u salahkan produk.but actually, u all yg xphm konsep alsd2..i dah ambil alsd2 for..its only for 2 weeks & i lost 8kg & its already 1 month since i took the product, & guest what? berat i xnaik pun..i already lost 14kg since i took alsd2..yg penting, eat healthy food & spent a little time for exercise…

Sebelum memilih ALSD2, saya ambil masa yang banyak untuk memahami cara minum ALSD2 yang betul, fahami konsep dan pantang larangnya, dan kenapa perlu ikut pantang larang. Oleh kerana harganya yang agak mahal, saya ikuti segala pantang larangnya dan saya rasa sgt berbaloi. Jika sblm ni susah sangat nak turunkan walau 2kg dalam sebulan, dengan ALSD2 sy dapat kurangkan 7kg dlm masa 2 bulan. Wpun tidak seperti org lain yg hilang berkilo2.. saya sangat bersyukur… Konsep Berdiet tanpa Berlapa mmg sgt tepat krn wpun kurang makan nasi kita akan rasa kenyang sbb mkn lauk dan sayuran, serta minum air yg banyak.
Sudah tentu ditambah dengan senaman sekurang2nya 3 kali seminggu. Bagi saya walau apapun produk yg kita ambil perlu fahami konsepnya.. ALSD2 bukan meal replacement. ia adalah meal supplement, maknanya ia membekalkan tubuh badan kita dengan vitamin dan zat yang diperlukan oleh badan.
Dan jika minum ALSD2 kita tidak boleh berlapar, krn kita perlukan protein untuk membantu pembakaran lemak dan membina otot bagi mengelakkan kulit menggelebeh. Buatlah kajian sendiri sblm mengambil apa2 produk barulah berkesan.
Sudahlah tak faham konsep produk, salah amalan diet pulak tu.. bila tiada penurunan blame produk pula.. huhuhu… Tq

I started my diet program with JM5, after a month my weight only reduced at 1KG, then I stop JM5 and stop my diet.
After a year, I was introduced to SDII, yes, SDII diet program is similar to ATKINS DIET. I cannot eat this.. eat that… so boring, painful and rigid. I consume SDII for 2 weeks and nothing happened! then I stop again.
fyi, one thing I realized is, none of the team or salesperson, JM5 and SDII teach me the correct way of diet program or healthy lifestyle. They just focus on product marketing. In term of cost wise, both products are on the same price range.
On June 2011, I was introduced to Herbalife. I do not know why I can influenced to this product. before starting to consume HL, the coach was thought me a lot of things about healthy lifestyle, calories, correct eating habit and etc. With HL, I still can eats my fav dish, baryani, nasi ayam, mutton and etc. 1st week I managed to reduced 2.5kg, wow, what a great achievement! (just consume the product- no workout xtvt)
After 4 month- I managed to reduce about 18kgs. Wow! from 102kg reduced to 84kg. I just don’t believe it, but that is the reality. During this time I started with gym activity 3x per week. Intensive cardio for 20 minutes, muscles workout 10 minutes and follow by weight lifting for another 10 minutes. Plain water about 4L per day without fail. The obstacle is there. HL products are kinda expensive compared to JM5 and SDII, 1 level ahead. Since I cannot “afford” to take it anymore, than I stop to consume HL. Just control my food intake thru good eating habit and workout activity.
However, it can’t last longer, everything is gone in the wind… everything back as before, uncontrollable food intake, no gym activity, bad eating habit, lack of plain water and etc. at the end of the day, my weight lifted up until 97kgs… 13kgs just in a year. At this time my old health problem starting to pops up. My back pain, easily tired, leg pain, high cholesterol and etc. wow!! It’s horrible.
Since then, I made up my mind, I started with my diet journey since 3 weeks ago. For this time I’ll proof to myself that, I can throw out those belly and fat without any supplement or replacement food.- No more JM5, no more SDII and no more Herbalife, I’ll do it naturally. Back to my good eating habit plus with workout activity.
Fyi, here is my food plan:
Breakfast – 7.30am – 2pcs of Gardenia Breakthru High fiber + 1 slice of cheese + Horlicks 3in1. – sometimes I replace with chicken porridge
Lunch- 12.30pm – 1 slice of fruit, ½ portion of rice, 1 pcs of grill fish (any fish) or chicken breast, ulam-ulaman half portion.
Dinner- 6.30pm – Before gym workout: 2 slice of fruit, 2pcs of Gardenia Breakthru High fiber + 1 slice of cheese + Horlicks 3in1 – sometimes I replace with chicken porridge
Supper – 11pm- After gym – 1 cup of yogurt
I’ll consume 5L plain water per day – 2L between breakfast and lunch, another 2L between Lunch to dinner and another 1L during workout.
Workout activity:
5 days a week, 1hr 30minutes at gym- 20 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on cycling, 20 minutes on muscles work and the rest with load activity.
The result is really tremendous! I managed to kick out 2.5kg in a week!! What a great milestone. For now, gym becomes my 2nd home.
Starting next week, I’ll change my gym activity from night to evening.
Hence, I can conclude that, without any supplement and replacement food, we still can reduce weight with the right coaching and right attitude and you must discipline yourself. All you need to do is change your mindset. Another thing is, there is no rocket science that can help you to reduce your weight in just one day or one month. Be fair to your body, you built up all those fats in 20-30 years, and then you want throw it out in just a month? Do you ever think what if you stop those products? What will happen to you later on? I also take HLife, used to take it religiously (replacing bfast and dinner with it) and I saw instant results. Not much but it was apparent.
Then I spent a week at home and being fed by my mom and a lot of eating outside, I could feel my body gaining back weight so I started working out. 30min cardio 30min weight training. I started having my bfast again, but still drink HLife for dinner. Didn’t see instant results this time but I feel lighter. As a teacher, I need to be active to be able to chase after my kids and I can feel my stamina improving too.
What I’m trying to say is, I believe HLife IS good, but you need to balance it out with exercise and what you put into your mouth too. I don’t really need to buy HLife that often cos I only drink it when I have a heavy lunch meal or don’t have time to whip up something delectably healthy for dinner (cos I usually let loose for lunch).

Before SDII became famous, HERBALIFE was the choice for losing weight. I can see some of my friends lose weight and some no.
I believed that HERBALIFE can lose weight effectively and no other product can beat it. But when I received a news from my mum in Sabah, she told me that my aunt was admitted to hospital. She has to go PILES OPERATION (pembedahan buasir) and DIALISIS…IN JUST A DAY AFTER ADMITTED.
When the Doctor checked, she has been consumed HERBALIFE for years and it caused her the PILES and KIDNEY PROBLEM.
I wont believe this if it’s not happening in my family.
EXCERSICE & WORK OUT is THE BEST SLIMMING PRODUCT.

LikeDislikeBgi saya terpulang pd individu sebenarnya jalan terbaik ialah kawal pemakanan dan bersenam, kata org tak makan nasi boleh kurus tak juga, saya dah 3 bulan tak makan nasi (dulu sebelum x makan nasi lgsung saya makan beras perang campuran dekat setahun), tetapi badan saya tetap turun tak drastik pun, lepas tu saya kurangkan makan mee, pun sama sahaja. Saya tambah makan supplement FBA pun sama juga, saya tambah dengan Herbalife, turun tapi sama juga tak drastik sedangkan saya x makan nasi, makan semua ikan dimasak stim setiap hari dan hampir putus asa sebab semua x jalan. Jadi sekarang ni saya makan Alpha Lipid SD 2 utk stok sebulan dan sangat kawal pemakanan, lgsung x sentuh nasi, mee, kekacang, kek yg x dibenarkan, jadi tgh tunggu hasilnya, skrg tgh nak sambar satu basikal nk bawak basikal tiap petang. Betul guna diet atkins etc tetapi dgn adanya supplement ni rase lebih semangat nk berdiet sbb badan saya metabolisme lain macam, rasa tak nak makan lgsung sehari sebab turunnya sangat lembap. Itulah pandangan peribadi saya….

LikeDislikebetul tu. sd2 atau herbalife ni bukan ubat. tp suppliment yg boleh diambil semasa dalam proses diet. sbb tu kebanyakkan produk menyarankan kurangkan pengambilan karbo, gula, n bersenam as semua ni kita akan buat bila nak berdiet. klu kita harapkan nak makan mcm2 bila ambil ni suppliment ni, salahlah tanggapan tu.
kita still boleh kurangkan berat badan klu tak guna produk2 ni. tp klu guna, ia mungkin lebih membantu dari segi kadar penurunan yang lebih pantas, stabil dan mungkin memberi manfaat dari segi zat2 yang diperlukan oleh badan semasa berdiet seperti protin.

LikeDislikeI was using Herbalife also previously. But I tak ikut betul jadual dia, just replace my breakfast with it. Then I took normal lunch and dinner, because i was breastfeeding. I just took for 2 weeks and lost about 6 kgs. That time I was 58kg. Then I stopped sebab malas nak menahan rasa minum shake tu and beli Ebook Kevin. Dulu masa kat Universiti, I suka run and run.. Everyday i run and menari that’s why dapat maintain 42kg. Bila dah ada anak and bersalin ceasarean, susahnya nak turun and I ambil jalan mudah minum herbalife. Memang turun 6kgs- 2 weeks. Tapi lepas I amalkan Ebook Kevin yg How to Lose 5 kgs in 5 weeks tu, I lost about 7-8 kgs in 1 month. Tambahan pula I breastfeed, so it’s proven to me bahawa mudah menguruskan badan dengan calorie deficit and sedikit exercise plus breastfeed lah of coz (it helped me burn more calories).. For instance, Blood type O should eatt more meat (high protein, low carbs) why? Because type o’s have high stomach acid content and whatever carbs contains gluten inhibits your insulin metabolism, instead of burning calories for energy, your tummy is storing it as fats! I don’t really know about other bloodtypes but when I read this book it really made me realize why all the diets I’ve been through didn’t work out for me. Everything made sense. It even explains why my parents had their athritis probsand stomach ulcers. Your can just google about this blood type diet but I would suggest reading. “Eatt right for your type” Dr. Peter J. D’adamo. I bought mine at Kinokuniya. Oh to add, after a month, even though I only lose 2kg’s (51kg 157cm), I feel healthier, mind body and soul.

Just want to share, saya dah guna SDII. Yes, plg minimun berat akan kurang 3kg per week. Tp after sometime, I feel not comfortable with my kidney. I took biology masa sekolah dulu and even though I’m not a doctor, something telling me that this product stress out my kidney. Because when you take this product, you will always go to toilet to pee. Duk kejap, g toilet. Duk kejap, g toilet. That’s one thing, lepas tu the colour of urine pun nampak lain.
This makes me think that, all those product is too good to be true. Are you sure it will not have side effect when we get older. Better be safe kan?
And I’m also agree with Wasted & Kevin, I think we can lose our weight naturally if we control our meal and be active. I remember I manage to lose 5-10kg within 3 months sebab training utk basketball.
Well, semakin tinggi intensity masa workout, makin banyak kalori burn. Isn’t it?

Just try aktiviti cardio seperti ZUMBA atau seperti saya skrg mengikuti program video Shaun T : Insanity Workout. Hasil yg sy dapati mmg memberangsangkan. Just buat 6 times a week, with Sunday as a rest day, sebab otot anda pun perlukan rehat juga dan first at the foremost, makanan perlu dikawal. Karbo kurang, protein lebih skit. Amalkan gaya hidup aktif mmg boleh menjamin hidup anda ke arah yg lebih baik. I live not also to reduce my fat but i wanna be healthy. Just don’t give up my friends!

Nak share sikit la. sebenarnya, untuk kurangkan berat badan, tak perlu sangat SD2 ke herbalife atau apa pun. cuba fikir logic:-
1) sukat kalori dalam badan. kalau nak kurangkan berat badan, amount makanan yang di ambil mestilah kurang dari kalori yang sedia ada dalam badan. contohnya, kalori dalam badan 2000, untuk kurus, makan la makanan yangmengandungi kalori kurang dari 2000 setiap hari.
2) ambik suppliment seperti herbalife, SD2 yada yada, tapi tak bersenam. kat mana logiknya? kalau sekadar ambik suppliment tapi duduk tengok tv tido kat rumah tak buat apa, sama jugak. logicnya, bersenam membakar kalori lagi banyak kalori terbakar, lagi kurang berat badan. buat senaman cardio contohnya jogging, berbasikal, skipping. senaman cardio yang paling best adalah berenang. berenang pun salah satu senaman cardio juga.
terpulang pada individu sendiri. disiplin penting. mindset kena betul. stay on the course. kalau baru seminggu bersenam expect nak turun 20kg mmg kirim salam la.

LikeDislikeLet me tell you my story: I am a large-scaled (not chubby, but i am big) Eurasian who has a different shape and height as compared to my friends. I was approached by dealers of various products. I must say that all dealers were able to make their points to be so convicing. However, there are few problems that can’t be solved by any of those products.
First, none of the products is suitable for a person with low-glucose level (hypoglycemia). A person with hypoglycemia (like me) needs glucose, thus the intake of adequate carbs and sugar are insential. Note: not all ppl with hypoglycemia are skinny and not all are aware that they have this problem until they feel the symptoms.
Second, there is no product available that can help people with hormonal imbalance. People with hormonal imbalance stand at both extremes on the weight scale. Only healthy diet and exercise can help them. Supplement like EPO, Grapeseed or Acai Berry only play a minimum role.
No matter how good or well-known a slimming product may be, it may not be suitable for all. Here is my practice:
- If you feel that you need to shed some weight, the first thing that you should do is consult a professional: a dietitian is the best choice. Spend some money there to get to know more about your body and what does it need. Ask them for their advice before engaging into any diet programme or product. The question is: do you know what your body actually needs?
- Follow the advice… if it does not work, consult them again.
- Have a healthy lifestyle (eat well, sleep well, breathe well, think well, drink a lot of water, exercise – find the suitable type of exercises for you from a licensed gym instructor or physiotherapist, control alcohol intake and smoking and etc)
- Read… we need to read a lot of references in order to find the right answer. What we are told might not be accurate. The more you read the more you know.
By using this way, you can rest assured that it worth every penny spent (or in our context: worth every cent spent). You’ll be able to lose weight and increase your knowledge. I am not here to condemn, I am here to share.

The moral of the story is, exercise regularly. Do eat organic vege and food. Be moderate.

LikeDislikesaya dah cuba minum SDII. baru bulan lepas saya ambik. lama jugak saya nak ambik keputusan nak ambik benda ni. sebab bila tengok cara diet mereka, sama je dengan pemakanan yang seimbang. kalau nak kurus memang apa-apa je yang boleh dijadikan usaha, kita akan sanggup beli dan buat. harga memang…perghh….1 mgu 1 tin= 150++. 3mgu saya cuba, tapi hasilnya cuma kurang 2kg. so, saya tanya dengan salah seorang pengedar mereka. dia cakap maybe saya kurang minum air. hehe…ok. saya terima. sebab memang saya kurang minum air masak juga. tapi kalau fikir banyak2 kali kan, kalau nak kuruskan badan memang perlukan air yang banyak. pemakanan yang seimbang, masa makan yang tepat, disiplin yang kuat dan paling penting semangat yang berkobar-kobar. jadi, sebenarnya tak salah ambik SDII ni bagi yang tak dapat nak disiplinkan diri untuk permulaan diet. sebab dengan adanya benda2 macam ni boleh dijadikan permulaan untuk mendisiplinkan diri untuk berdiet. kalau nak diet macam2 tu aje, saya tak rasa semua orang boleh lakukannya. so, sebagai permulaan, ambik mana-mana supplement yang boleh mendisiplinkan anda semua, kemudian kalau dah rasa dah terdisiplin, berhentilah dan amalkan diet anda secara berterusan tanpa makan/minum supplement tu. jom kita cuba sama2…hehe…peace no war ^___^v

Mula2 pakai Alpha Lipid SDII (RM169.00)tapi cepat habis. Pastu, kawan I suruh pakai “Ensure with FOS” jual di guardian. Vitamin dan protein lebih banyak dari Alpha Lipid SDII. Ada probiotic, Omega 3, vitamin A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, etc.
I hilang 5 kilo dgn guna “Ensure with FOS”. Muscle pun bertambah.

I wonder how doctor can claim its all about herbalife? which doctor are they doktor pakar or setakat doktor yg kerja kt hospital kerajaan tu or hospital sendiri. saya pun ada jumpa doktor yg ckp herbalife is bad, cakap herbalife can cause liver problem or what so ever, but the truth is dorang ne tau ckp jer, nak tanya jugak camne dia ckp all those penyakit berpunca dr herbalife sebab setau saya herbalife ne nutriton for ur sel, same mcm kita mkn nasi semua tu sayaur dan buah2an tapi dah di modenkan dlm bentuk serbuk untuk mudah di serap sel dan lebih effective, saya pernah jumpa org yg dah konsume herbalife lebih dr 30 tahun, tak mati pun, and effect dia makin muda, makin sihat dan makin kaya because health is wealth, kalau ur family tu sakit akibat herbalife, doktor yg claim tu dia ada buat medical report x? laporan tu dah di hantar ke kementerian kesihatan tak? kalau x setakat ckp jer semua org boleh blame or creat it, i pun boleh buat cerita mcm yg u buat tu, but that is not the point, the point is if the product itu membuat masalah kpd ur family laporkan ke kementerian kesihatan base on ur doctor yg claim ckp herbalife puncanya, it bet ur doctor pun takut nak tol u buat report kt kkm, if betol product herbalife ne can harm many people health my mom consume, my daughter 1 years consume, my grandmother consume dr ada darah rendah now darah dah normal hanya konsume herbalife shake selama 3 bln instead makan ubat sepital 13 tahun tak settle2, ank i ecema boleh pulih selama 4 hari, buasir i pun ok selepas konsume herbalife so i wonder kenapa u ckp herbalife punya penyakit tu, apa kata u suruh doctor u buat laporan dan claim herbalife tu puncanya, tgk muka doktor tu nak ker tak nak hehehehe satu lagi my fren kencing manis insulit pun dah normal dr 17 now 6 hanya konsume herbalife 3 bln, mcm mana i nak percaya if semua org yg i jumpa herbalife semua sihat u ajer yg sakit … pening2 so i hope u understand my point nutrition cannot harm ur health, assume that if kita mkn benda yg baik dan msk dlm bdn kita akan result baik kan? juz sharing tq

Saya ada pendiet tegar…
bermula dengan Totalife, saya lost weight in 2-3 months, from 102 to 84kg, becoz I only drank the soy-based product 4x a day, and dinner at 7 baru jmpa nasi,sup sayur,dan ikan bakar.
After finishing beberapa ribu ringgit untuk product itu shj, (RM1400 for two weeks’ set), saya stopped due to financial burden.
So,secara automatik juga saya stopped mkn product itu, exercise juga kurang hari demi hari (mindset bila tidak berdiet dan sudah turun berat badan,rasa complacent dan ini adalah sikap yg salah). Kemudian, berat badan saya naik mendadak semula. Setelah itu,saya didatangi seorang rakan tahun berikutnya, yg menjual product TRA (the right approach). Harganya RM4800 utk pakej 3 bulan. What I ate? Pills! pg ptg pills, b4 exercise kena makan pills, dan selepas 3 bulan, I didn’t see much changes, I stopped. Back to my normal habit of eating, less exercise.
Then,saya rasa nak try Herbalife; came across two nice young ladies at Queensbay mall Penang, bought it out of their true testimonials.
Spent RM600 for the 1st month. I ate it for some time, but then I got bored because it was as if another meal replacement therapy which ive been thru all my diet life.
Now, I met an SDII agent at my new office; got convinced, but this time, I brisk walked every night for one hour, making sure I sweat; and reintroducing exercising again in my sedentary lifestyle at work.
Within 2 weeks, I lost around 9-10 kg, with exercise, SDII as well no carb-diet daily. (atkins what?sorry,im not diet term pro!)
So, are you guys convinced with the product?
Don’t please!
I am now all for it:
A healthier lifestyle with daily exercise for burning those unneeded fat, for my healthier bones, to tone my muscle, anything but for that diet regime’s ‘package’!
You see, all diet programs do urge dieters to run,brisk walk or do anything to burn those fat, etc, right?
Why? Coz I learn it best that there is no short cut for a healthier BMI, than self-control on daily calorie intake as well as having the effort to put on those Nike running shoes and hit the track!
After spending RM300 on SDII, I want to say goodbye to all the products!

Soy protein kat product biasa pon boleh dpt. Daging ayam yang byk kandungan protein. Nk makan ayam tu jgn la bantai peha.. mmg la part tu sedap.. amik bahagian dada masaklah kukus. Protein kene amik lebih and lg satu bwat senaman “afterburn” effect (sila search Mr google). Herbalife ni pon sama.. zaman skang yang celik akan mengeksploitasikan yang pejam. Yang celik akan sediakan semua utk yang pejam. Celikkanlah mata kita,bukalah minda kita. cari sendiri formula kita based on other person nyer research. Tu lg bagus. kalau ikut apa yang aku kaji selama ni, ni semua berkaitan dengan metabolisma. jgn terkejut kalo ade statement “eat more burn more”. try la sikit-sikit afterburn effect exercise. Kalo da dpt build metabolisma tggi.. tade hal la mkn apa pon. Akhir kata dari saya “MAKAN ITU NIKMAT, ILMU ITU PENGIKAT, CANTIK ITU MEMIKAT”. renungkanlah..

Saya seorang yg kuat makan, dan saya mudah tewas dengan godaan makanan. Family saya pula memang suka memasak dan menghidangkan masakan yang sedap2 utk kami semua + tetamu.. Jadi kalau sy seorang nak melawan semua ni memang tak terlawan tambahan lagi saya ni memang MALASS nak exercise. LikeDislikePernah cuba mcm2 product..termasuk HL, ada bli ALSDII tp blm minum lg. Masa ambil HL dgn mengikuti semua peraturan, cuma turun 0.5kg..harga pn mahal. Just nk kongsi satu cerita, seorang kawan pn ambil HL, drastik restriction lastly ada lungs infection and passed away…sedih coz nk kurus ambil suppliments with drastic diet plan. That’s why sy tk setuju klu diet..klu dihilangkan huruf T, jd DIE. Nak bt senaman kurang masa + malas, tp pernah gunakan masa yg ada..berjalan kaki ke pejabat, masa diambil selama hampir sejam, peluh keluar dan badan segar. Rasa pening yg selalu dialami jg sda jarang.. cuma skrg tiada kesempatan mengulang disebabkan cuaca. Pada sy, biar mcm mana pn fizikal yg penting SIHAT.

Before I took SDII my weight is 115 kgs. I had tried since September 2012 until mid of November 2012 and follow Atkins diet as advised by Sales person SDII. The result I lost 15 kgs and now I stop which I think is wasted too much money, but when I start eat carbo, Atkins diet make easy feel full. I took really small portion of carbo like rice, more vegetables (my favorite), takes more protein like fish, meats, chicken without skin. Drink I took plenty of water at least 2 litters per day so I try to avoid any type of dessert & sugar. If I need some sweet then I take something like Equal. I prefer to walk, example in the morning 10 minutes hills walk to bus stop, office building more take lift but inside my office there have staircase area for internal use. Exercise I more at home. I learn some yoga, dance or if walk I’ll make sure walking distance far as I can’t run due ankle pain cos of my over weight. I feel my like getting better even without SDII. I just make sure discipline is important, change my diet & lifestyle too. Questions to you: Did I enough to do all this just to make sure I can loose some weight?

saya nak komen tentang sd2 ni, mmg i ade ambik but at first tak ikut rules die, just ambik sd2 but tak control food (memangla tak turun, main sedap makan benda manis , bukak puase air manis – hampeh mana nak turun)..but tengok kawan i turun berat 7 kg control makanan die..lepas tu i pun nekad, nak control benda manis (alhamdulillah sekarang da tak minum coffee, da tak minum air manis – only at special functions tu pun minum sikit jer tak lalu), and i ambik balik sd2 ni , memang banyak sangat perubahan, ada rakan sekerja yang cakap muka da tambah berseri,saiz badan da kecik..ingat maybe dieorang nak ambik hati but pegi kenduri kahwin sampai sedara pun cakap benda yang sama…
so , memang sd2 berkesan tapi kenalah control makanan, kalau tak control nak main lahap jer apa yang diri rase nak makan (tiap tiap hari pulak tu, nak makan nasi siang malam, lepas tu tak exercise – what do you expect ? miracle?? macam mane nak turun berat badan kena pergi buat liposuction la).. kalau nak turun berat badan kenalah control makanan…jangan salahkan produk yang melangsingkan badan bila da stop consuming berat badan naik..kalau nak maintain kenalah amik lagi lepas tu.. kalau nak makan macam orang lain makan la keep a few cheatdays and keep few days yang kena control makanan…

LikeDislikeSaya dah minum 4 tin tapi yang peliknya berat turun pun. Berat dok maintain 85kg. Yang tak bestnyer banyak betul pantang larangnya. Tak boleh makan karbon, lebihkan protein. Punah poket la. Lagi mahal belanja untuk makan. Nasi tak jamah, makan lauk jer. Memang seksa sungguh. Sekarang ni saya dah berhenti minum. Mula2 fikir maybe ambil masa kot minum SD II ni. Tapi bila berat tak turun2 gak, memang saya stop beli je la. Membazir betul la.

Memang setuju, untuk turunkan berat badan yang paling berkesan ialah dengan cara pemakanan, diet seimbang. Personally I rasa kalau kita solely depends pada SD2/HL/apa2 produk pelangsingan untuk kurus tanpa jaga pemakanan (which is .. very hard to do bagi kebanyakan kita), memang tak la. Cuma, produk2 ni maybe (MAYBE darabdengansejutakali) baik membantu meMAKSIMUMkan kadar penurunan berat badan. Contoh :

Just to tambah: kadar penurunan berat badan with or without suplemen makanan sama je. Tak bererti dgn herbalifr/sd2 maka ia lebih cepat. Suplemen sd2/herbalife dll memudahkan pilihan supaya tak pening mencari makanan.
Kalau dengan pembakar lemak yg menaikkan metabolisma, than yes ada sedikit (not much pun) boost.

Dua-dua jenis diet no carbo no sweet. Yang penting ialah “mind set” kita dan semangat untuk maintain. Bukan bergantung kpd produk yg kononnya jd penyebab kurus.
Saya pernah makan SD2 3tin (23hari) dan no cheating on that period. Memang lost 6kg.
Lepastu stop coz budget burst. 1 tahun selepas tu try atkin diet selama 1 bulan. Sampai 2nd phase induction..lagi kebabowwww…sya lost 9kg in a month.

LikeDislikeI just started SDII today. When I bought I didn’t know about the strict diet. I have actually on no rice diet for more than a month, exercise at least 3x a week and have lost 5kg. I still have another 10kg to lose. I bought 2 tins for effectiveness. If only I knew of the strict diet, then I might as well continue my diet and exercise and take my own time to lose the weight. Now looks like I have to finish the 2 tins. My question is can we take it together with other weight loss supplement such as Kohimitsu? I bought a box and have not finished consuming although I believe it has not much effect.

Dulu berat badan saya sgt ideal. Somewhere around 50 to 55kg for 157cm. Tapi lepas sakit, AMAZINGLY dengan pemakanan ubat-ubatan doktor i gain 40kg within 5thn. Yay!!!! Sangat hebat! Ko ado? So… Walaupun i jaga makan sehebatnye, i still gain weight because doctor keep saying its due to steroid consume. So muka jadi bloated gile mcm kena pam tak benti-benti.
Without my husband knowledge i cuba sendiri mcm-mcm benda utk kuruskan badan. Diantaranye :
1. JM5 – tak berkesan. Amik product dgn excersice and pemakanan seimbang. Nothing’s change. Depress stage 0.
2. Softea fiber – tak sure if any of u know this product. Still jaga makan jgk. Ade la dlm 10 kotak. Takde perubahan. Depress lg.
3. Slimwhizz – amik jgk. Dlm 5 kotak still sama tak turun. Depress lg.
4. Jus supermax 5 – sama jgk. Depress dah tahap 1.
5. AL SD II – amik 3 tin, folo diet plan mcm org gila, excercise, end up gain 4kgs. Yay lagi! Depress tahap 4.
At last, dah nak give up dah. So terima je la keadaan gemok ni… My husband suggest me to take HL. Which i totally decline taknak tgk pun. Until the moment he said, “just try. U got nothing to lose, i paid anyway, try for 5 months then we see how”
Result, i lost somewhere 10 to 12kgs uptodate. Depress takde dah. Bloated takde dah. Ubat doktor kasik dah kurang. Dlu cost nak bli ubat je sebulan almost RM 1K++. Now dah reduce to RM 300+-. Dah takyah masuk spital… Checkup dah every 3 months. Yay!!!!!!!
Conclusionnye, what ever product pun, tgk kesesuaian org. Hebat mane pun testimoni product tu, kalau tak sesuai tak kemane. I tak ckp product lain tak bagus, maybe kebetulan sume product tu tak sesuai dgn i. Jaga makan, makan makanan seimbang, minum air at least paling kokak 2L sehari… Setiap hari lepas bangun pagi amalkan minum air kosong 1 cawan…. Kalau malas pun, eksesais la sikit… Breeze walking will help. Kalau boleh eksesais, please do, masa i bloated, i can even walk more than 10 minutes sbb kaki i bengkak, and i have to lose my weight in order to excercise. Skrg… If i got time, i will excercise more.. If i cant, breeze walk and climb up stairs always there to help me.

LikeDislikeewuuuuu.. teruk nye.. nak salahkan produk kesihatan sedangkan cara diri sendiri tu salah .. punca hormon tak stabil punca pada diri sendiri, di sebabkan apa?.. jika setakat ambil produk kesihatan lepas tu tak ada tiada senaman yang di buat memang tidak menjadi, senaman pagi petang tapi cara salah serupa tak payah bersenam, sudah makan bertahun2 tapi nak keberkesanan dalam masa singkat serupa pergi operate buang semua lemak yang ada kat badan.. itu memang pasti cepat dari berat 80kg boleh direct turun 0.55 grm pun boleh.. fikir dulu sebelum bertindak..
sori la kalo ader sape2 terasa k aku bukan nak tunjuk pandai tapi aku sudah banyak kali jumpe orang2 macam ini.. seloroh jer taw.. tapi apa pun tak ada.. baru buat 4,5 step da kalah macam mana nak jadi..

LikeDislikehi regarding produk penurunan berat badan, ive tried so many products including HL. saya tak condemn produk kuruskan badan yang ada sekarang, tapi saya jenis yang suka mencuba if 1 month i dont see any result then saya akan stop. sebelum ni saya tak la dikategorikan obesiti tapi just overweight utk tinggi 162cm and berat 64-64 kg. saya start diet dengan cut down nasi tapi saya still ambil carb lain roti, bihun. memang berat saya turun tapi at one point dah tak turun2. then sy try alternatif lain, diet + exercise mmg sgt efektif dan cepat. then sy consume HL a month, berat sy tak turun, just muscle mass, visceral fat kurang. now i realized yg produk HL adalah protein based mmg sepatutnya muscle bertambah. banyak lagi produk2 kuruskan badan di pasaran semuanya adalah based on protein. sebenarnya produk2 macam ni membantu kalau kita disiplin dgn mengawal pemakanan, tapi kalau mcm sy yg suka makan, i suggest exercise is the best way. tak rugi pun exercise, boleh tambah muscle mass and of course lemak memang hilang. diet atkins or low carb diet pun sangat efisien utk kurangkan berat. tapi saya lagi prefer penurunan berat bdn yg konsisten. selalunya berat yang turun cepat then cepat jugak naik. everything is based on discipline and or commitment. sejauh mana kita nak kurus dan sihat. and one more aim utk sihat bukan kurus semata-mata. kalau kurus tapi tak sihat, kita juga yg rugi. well what i can conclude after all experiments that i have done to myself, diet secara sihat dan senaman yg penting. bukan setakat kurus je dapat, dari segi kesihatan pun terjaga. and one more, tak membazirkan duit.

Tidur lewat-create hormon imbalance-as a result u put on weight
Skip Breakfast- slow down your metabolism for the whole day-as result u put on weight
Less Aktif- you burn less calorie- also put on weight.
Tapi kalau you force your metabolism to exercise it will cause premature aging
And if you force your weight lost more than 3kg a week, it will also cause premature aging and unhealthy condition.
So dont force yourself to lose weight fast. And drag yourself to the gym. Coz the moment you stop. You’ll see what happen.

saya baru nak mencuba SD2 dengan Herbalive, tetapi disebabkan terlalu banyak komen yang negatif berbanding positif di atas, saya membatalkan niat tersebut.
saya juga seorang pelajar universiti. dalam universiti amat susah untuk mendapatkan makanan yang berkhasiat yang dijual di kedai2 makan. tambahan saya menetap di asrama, memang tiada tempat untuk menyimpan makanan dari pada luar, khususnya makanan yang berkhasiat seperti sayur, ayam, ikan dan sebaganya.
saya sekarang mengamalkan pengambilan air kosong dan kurang mengambil nasi, tetapi lauk saya kebiasaannya ialah ayam goreng dengan sayur kobis.
selai itu, saya juga amat malas untuk bersenam. bila membaca komen2 di atas, semangat untuk bersenam tinggi menggunung. tetapi bila tiba masa yang sesuai untuk bersenam, saya menjadi terlalu malas.
macam mana lah nak rajinkan diri untuk bersenam saya pun tak tahu lah.

saya pernah ambil SDII bulan sept & okt 2012. dua tin pertama saya turun 5kg & ukur lilit bdn pun kurang sehingga ramai kawan2 sekerja nampak perubahan saya. masuk tin ke3, saya demam selama 4 hari. masa sakit memang tak disarankan minum SDII sebab ia takkan memberi kesan. saya minum semula selepas itu. 3 hari agak sihat kemudian demam semula. lebih teruk sehingga masuk air & lebih lama – 6 hari. bila saya pergi jom kurus bln dis 2012, saya dah faham kenapa saya sakit. kemungkinan besar saya calorie intake saya terlalu rendah berbanding dgn DCR yg saya perlukan. minum SDII ni tak blh makan carbo iaitu punca kalori kita yang terbesar. saya berhenti minum selepas itu. sekarang ni saya ikut cara kevin sahaja. saya dah turun 3kg dalam masa 3 minggu. slow & steady. lebih baik sebab percuma je bila kita disiplin. kalau minum SDII pon kena jaga makan kalau nak berjaya. jadi jagalah makan & tambah aktiviti fizikal tanpa bergantung dengan apa2 supplement. biar lambat asal jimat

hujung thn 2011, sy cuba pakai PB utk nk dapatkn figure bdn & also ambik lactolite yg dijual dr company yg sama..mmg ada penurunan berat badan dr 80kg turun 70kg..after a few month me & husband plan nk ada baby so we meet up doct pakar n dia suh i ambik pil kesuburan.after that nk tau x, my weight naik mendadak event PB still pakai.punya mengamuk my hubby,trus suh stop ambik pil tu.n smpi skang i x trun2 lagi…lately my hubby beria2 nk belikn i SD2..i ckp i xmau la sbb i ada dgr my frenz ckp sama kesannya dgn ambik ubat diet yg lain.kalo stop we gonna be more bigger than before.bila bc uolz punya info,mcm cukup bukti plak..huhu..now i still maintain pakai PB jer,sbb rasa selesa pki.kalo x pakai,rs mcm telanjang kt dlm.huhuhu…thanx for sharing guyz.i nk suh hubby bc post uolz semua.haha

i penah buat diagnosis kt 1 pusat terapi diri berkonsepkn islam.consultant yg diagnos i kata, we can know apa yg kita perlu kurangkn mkn kalo nk dapat berat badan yg seimbang melalui pengiraan tarikh lahir.mcm i, after diagnos dibuat, utk diet, i kena kurangkn karbohidrat.bila i pikir balik, ms umur 21 tahun i penah diet tanpa ambik karbo, it mmg turun.dr 59kg turun jd 51kg.no wonder la i bleh trun berat bdn. & one thing, setiap kita ni ada log number bdn yg mmg Allah jdkn sesuai dgn kemampuan tubuh dia. thats why,bila kita try mana2 produk nk kurus,ada org ‘menjadi’ ada jgk ‘tak’ sbb ia bergantung pd kesesuaian badan seseorg.dlm bdn kita anggotanya mmg sama tapi Allah jdkn ttp berbeza. produk mmg x salah, cuma kita jer xtahu bdn kite ni sesuai ker ngan produk tu.

Hmmmm… Rase terseksa sgt lah xdpt makan… Pg shake… By kul 10 da lapar sgt… Sabar lagi lunch mkn sikit then malam shake… Last2 kul 12 mlm bkk periuk gak…. Hahaha ..elok2 berat sy 65kg.. Sy naik 5 kg dlm 3 minggu.
Xsemua org berdisiplin dlm berdiet… Yg penting diet nk kurus ke diet nk sihat? Alhamdullilah walaupun berat sy 70kg, sy sihat.. So no more replacement dieting for me. I love my body as it is. Esok lusa kita xtau sempat tau tak nk menikmati makanan kita.. So start eating and enjoy your food n excercise more.

Walaubagaimanapun setiap produk ada cara penggunaan yang berbeza. Contohnya kalu ambil SD 2, mesti kena makan , tak boleh biarkan perut kosong, barulah lemak akan diuraikan.jadi kalau nak turun berat badan..jgn berlapar.Ada yang tak nak makan kononnya bagi cepat turun…bila berat tak turun..complain kata produk tak berkesan. Padahal sendiri tak ikut peraturan.

LikeDislikeSaya takda apa2 masalah dgn alpha lipid sd2 .Saya gemuk sejak dari darjah 5 smpai umur sya 26 dah cecah 78kg dgn ketinggian 158.. Sya consume alpha lipid sd2 pada bulan pertaman turun total 11kg. Minggu pertama turun 4kg tapi minggu kedua naik 2kg walaupun ketostick color pink. Consultant sya advise teruskan sebab walaupun ukuran lilit saya mengecil tapi kg naik sbb protin alpha lipid sd2 dah comperes kan lemak sya jadi jisim akn jadi lebih berat. Mula2 mmg panik tapi bila saya dah fahamkan prosesnya baru sya lega…
Bulan ke dua sya turun 12kg.. Bermakna dalam masa 2bulan sya dah turun 23kg! Memang sangat best!! sya tak pernah sangka sya yg org panggil gemuk ni boleh sliiimm

LikeDislikeSaya pernah cuba Alpha Lipid SD2 tapi sebulan saja. Selepas itu saya cuba buat experimen dengan berhenti mengambil Alpha Lipid SD2 dan cuba amalkan konsep diet yang sama iaitu tidak mengambil karbo atau mengurangkan pengambilan karbo. Hasilnya, memang boleh turun walaupun tanpa Alpha Lipid SD2. Cuma, saya rasa kita seolah olah kurang nikmat dunia sebab terpaksa melakukan banyak pantang larang. Sekarang ini, saya masih mengambil nasi dalam kuantiti yang sedikit atau banyakkan pengambilan sayuran. Seminggu paling kurang 4 kali saya ke gym dengan membuat senaman kardio dan weight training, saya mempraktikkan konsep kalori defisit dan tak sampai setahun berat saya dah turun dari 96.5 kg ke 76kg. Yang penting, setiap hari saya pastikan saya makan dengan sihat dan saya juga pastikan paling kurang, 500 kalori akan saya burn setiap kali pergi gym.

LikeDislikeSy adlah slah sorang yg sangat obses dengan produk2 perlansingan. Sy mula cuba consume produk2 ni sejak sy umur 14 tahun. Hampir kesemua produk sy pernah cuba. FTF(Ziela jalil), Teh herba org kampung, Pil kurus dari luar negara, Jus Mate, RX lite, Sendayu Tinggi, SD2, HerbaLife, D’Herbs, D’Apple dan mcm2 lagi yg sy x ingat nma dah…Ya, agak kronik ketaksuban sy utk try benda2 mcm ni…namun semua nya gagal membantu menurunkan berat sy…Setengah tahun sy minum Jus mate, setahun sy minum RX Lite..kemudian try pula SD2 4 tin yg hnya turun 2kg sja….Herba Life pun sy minum sebulan hnya turun 1kg….

Sekarang saya sedar TIADA JALAN MUDAH UNTUK KURUS…nak kurus WAJIBLAH BERPELUH….senang cakap WAJIBLAH BERSENAM….mungkin sebelum ni saya begitu taksub untuk turun kan berat badan dengan pantas…tapi kini saya sedar….sekarang sy hanya berpegang kepada senaman…Biarlah penurunan sy tidak pantas dan bnyak, tetapi saya puas kerana saya tahu ianya PENURUNAN YANG SELAMAT…saya akan terus berusaha…semoga semngat saya untuk mengamalkan cara hidup yang sihat tidak akan pernah pudar (^_^)

Everyone trying to convince their product. But at least Kevin’s techniques can be used for long term. I can’t afford to consume herbalife or SDII for the rest of my life.

LikeDislikeSaya nampak ramai sangat yang argue yang mana lagi bagus, herbalife atau SDII. Untuk pengetahuan anda, saya dah try dua2. Herbalife trainer suruh skip meal. Kalau dah minum herbalife untuk lunch, jangan makan dah untuk lunch. Real meal digantikan dengan herbalife. Herbalife ni kira nak bagi kenyang la.. so elak makan. Kalau anda minum herbalife, makan pulak lagi, memang tak berkesan. So, deficit calorie, sape yang disiplin turunlah berat.
Same goes to SDII. Kena ambik tiap kali meal, boleh makan ape saja asalkan bukan carb dan hanya makan protein. Memang pantas. Tapi awas, sekali anda makan carbs secara aktif, berat akan naik mendadak. So, the key still, deficit calorie.
Dua-dua bagi result turun berat. Tapi macam yang lain-lain kata, tanpa produk ni pun boleh kurus. Ya. Dengan jaga makan, dan bersenam. Kurangkan pengambilan gula, ambik bilangan calorie yang betul. Saya masih boleh turun berat tanpa dua produk ni. Saya minum air kosong banyak, dan hanya minum air bergula pada waktu pagi. Itu pun kadang2. Kebiasaannya breakfast green tea without sugar.
I’m not going to buy or use any slimming product anymore except it is safe liposuction. LOL

semasa saya 125kg dulu, saya juga mengamalkan Diet Atkins. stop Nasi 100% + senaman 2 jam sehari 7 kali seminggu.
saya turun dlm 6 bulan 30kg.
Kebanyakkan x tahu, Diet sebegini mmg sgt effective, tp replacement makanan sgt penting.
semasa berat saya 91.5 kg , saya msih mengamalkan Diet sama, tp kesannya bdn saya semakin naik lemak. air saya dh biasa minum at least 6L sehari so no problem there.
tapi kesan kepada seorg aktive mcm saya juga sebagai seorg TAEKWONDO Fighter.
tenaga jd kurang walo stamina tinggi.
bila saya x excercise 1 hari, angin bdn mula naik n dpt migrain.
org kata diet protein sgt bgus tuk buang lemak.
but personally, diet protein yg x mengikut daily intake akn menyebbkn lemak dari protin yg 2 kali ganda lebih sukar dibuang.
tapi saya temui herbalife.
n alhamdulillah, dgn cara lifestyle saya yg aktif, di tambah dgn pemakanan seimbang n nutrisi seimbang Herbalife, saya dpt mengurangkan 13kg, n lemak saya kini hanya tggl 4% tuk diturunkan sebelm mendapt ideal weight.
kalo anda benar2 serius nk turunkn or naikkan berat or tgktkn kesihatan,
anda xkn komplen tentang penggunaan duit. Ingt, sbb apa anda semua jd gemuk? slh org lain ke?? sendiri buat sendiri tanggung.

Dr. Ayam, Linz, Syaheera, nur, NitroGen saya bersetuju dgn anda. Kajian saintis2 herbalife adalah berkisar tentang penurunan berat badan shj. Saya tak nafikan.tetapi byk kajian mengatakan herbalife ada maslah dgn hati dan buah pinggang..sila rujuk journal of patology. Mmg byk.
Jika saintis2 mereka berkelulusan phd, dimana “publish journal” yg mengatakan herbalife selamat. Sy tidak jumpa.
Mereka ni terlalu taksub dgn produk2 slimming. Kepada deano bukak journal patology
Kepada jaja hani, mmg ramai yg ambil herbalife bertahun2 tetapi selamat. Spt juga org hisap rokok bertahun2 tidak kena kanser jugak. Perkara ni subjektif utk dihurai. Walaupon fakta mengatakan sebaliknya.
Anda kata doktor pon consume herbalife, jd kalau doc hisap rokok bermakna rokok selamat utk semua lah.
terpuanglah pd setiap org, masing2 punye diri. Selagi tiada kajian saintifik mengatakan produk ini selamat, saya mmg tidak yakin.

Sy da menggunakan HL selama 3 bulan. Sy tdk ade sbrg mslh kesihatan (alhamdulilah) dan cume consume herbalife utk naikkn brt bdn sedikit.
Selama sy meggunakan HL, ape y saya tahu Herbalife ini bukan la produk pelansingan bdn, tetapi produk yang berbentuk nutrition. Tetapi boleh di gunakan utk trun brt mengikut pelan pmakanan y diberikan.
So far, sy sgt berpuashati terutamanya dari segi energy level (sport performance). Memang terasa perbezaan terutamanya bila men futsal or badminton.
Untuk lose weight, sy sgt stuju dgn MEN (Motivation, Exercise, Nutrition). HL provide you with Motivation and Nutrition. LikeDislikeSD2 dan Herbalife kedua-dua mempunyai kebaikan namun mungkin tidak bersesuaian kpd sesetengah orang..Bagi saya cara terbaik adalah mengamalkan makanan seimbang dan senaman..kedua-dua adalah pencetus kpd penurunan berat badan dan meningkatkan tahap kesihatan..saya telah mengamalkan diet kekacang seperti soya dan amalkan breakfast susu dan roti, makanan yg kurang kolestrol yg penting kurang minyak, dpt protein dari ikan, udang dan telur..telur ni penting untuk shape ur body..sy dh cuba after excercise and work out on muscle training sy akn take 2biji telur separuh masak dan air masak..hasil dari work out mgunakn dumbell dirumah dan meal telur dlm masa less than 3 minggu bahagian yg berlemak menyusut dan shape kelihatan ketara..sekali-sekala saya ambil makanan yg mengandungi daging but x byk disamping ambil minuman yang kurang gula seeloknya air masak la..air limau pn sy ambil sebab dapat membantu dalam masalah perut buncit dan mengempiskan perut..petua org tua-tua sebelum tidur amalkan air lumau dilumurkan dengan kapur sireh..InsyaAllah berkesan

Saya pernah ada pengalaman sebagai Personal trainer di beberapa Fitness centre selama 2 tahun. jika dilihat dari kandungan utama produk SD2 ini terdapat extrak green tea(meningkatkan metabolisma), Soy protein (pembaikan cell), soy fibre (membantu penghadaman& membersih usus),vitamin & mineral, potassium chloride(garam),milk phospholipid( pembentukan membran cell), stevia(pemanis herba), dan silicon dioxide(bahan penyerap lembapan). Sebagai kesimpulan, Sd2 ini bagus sebagai suppliment bagi individu yg sibuk dan tidak sempat utk menjaga makan tetapi ia bukan magic powder yang membantu utk menurunkan berat badan tanpa mengambil kira kiraan pengambilan kalori seharian dan senaman.untuk maklumat lebih lanjut email saya pada venixstarz@yahoo.com

LikeDislikesaya pernah mengambil Alpha Lipid SD2 sebanyak setin dan saya mengalami pengurangan sebanyak 6kg dengan hanya setin SD2 dan saya berhenti setakat itu sahaja, selepas 6 bulan berhenti mengambil SD2 dan x mengamalkan diet yang sihat dan tidak konsisten berat saya back to normal. bgi saya kesann SD2 bergantung kepada individu itu sendiri.

LikeDislikeinginkan berat badan turun?????? pastikan anda disiplin dulu, sebab apa disiplin?? anda makan la supplement apa pun tp anda tidak disiplin dari segi pemakanan, senaman …… mmg sia2 anda beli semua supplement itu…. supplement cuma membantu menurunkan berat anda dan mendisiplinkan anda utk mengawal cara pengambilan pemakanan yg berlebihan…. lebihkan makanan berprotien……. tidak perlu salahkan produk itu produk ini… sy sendiri pengedar sah alpha lipid SD2, sblm beli produk apa2 sekali pun disiplinkan diri kita untuk pengambilan makanan seimbang, inn syaa allah tanpa APA2 produk supplement kita akan sihat dan berat badan maintain lagi mantap…. sekadar berkongsi bersama..

LikeDislikesalam sume.. saya penah menggunakan sd2 mase di Universiti lg.. sebelom menggunakan sd2 berat saya 84kg dgn ketinggian 163cm..mmg susah nak cri baju time tu.. so sye nekad amik sd2 dalam penggunaan 8tin(tin biru formulasi lame)..mase tu student budjet kurang so sye kurangkan 3kali sehari(spttnye 4kali)alhamdulillah saye trun 19kg..
so berat saya 65kg,163cm so bdan da ok.dalam mase 2bulan setengah je da trun.. stop ambil berat pon maintain..
yg penting mase amalkan btul2 disiplin…kat U saye amik sup ayam/daging+sayur je…sbb malu nak byar kat kaunter salu suoh kawan tompang bayar..yela nnt makcik kafe tye nape xmakan nasi..malas nak jawab.. kdg2 tapau makan kat bilik.. malam2 makan tomyam.. air mmg kne salu bawak+ kerap berjalan cpt la lemak berkurang..
skg saye da kawen n ade baby..skg tgh cube sd2 formulasi baru.. baby still bf.11bulan so sye kne amik karbo skit..lpas bersalin aritu berat 76kg..skg after 3tin amik sd2 saye da trun 8kg..skg tgh 68kg..tgh berusaha nak trun lg nih.. pas 65kg(3kg lagi) nnt nak stop plak..risau nak diet lame2 sbb bf kan..
kne pham konsep penurunan lemak ni:
1st–> badan akan gunekan karbohidrat sebagai tenaga(sd2 suruh cut off karbo)
2nd–> sekiranya xde karbohidrat badan akan cari lemak untuk tukarkan kepada tenaga(semasa proses ni la kne bayk minum air)
3rd–> badan akan cari protein pula sekiranya xde lemak..(thats why kne amik protein supaya otot bdn xmengecil)yang kurang adelah lemak bukan otot badan/muscle sbb otot adelag protien..

LikeDislikeSaya minum sd2 dalam lebih kurang 5 tin. Berat asal 65 kg, umur 45 tahun. Lepas 5 tin cuma turun ke 60 kg lepas tu plateau. Lepas join jom kurus awal april 2013 dan cuba teknik kevin berat saya hari ini 56 kg and still counting. Saya bersenam 2 kali seminggu selama 2 jamvsetiap kali. Saya pernah tya dgn penjual sd2 kenapa berat x turun..jawapannya sb saya x cukup minum air. Oleh kerana x sanggup berlari ke bilik air 20 kali sehari (serius!)…saya cuba teknik kevin. Hopefully saya akan dapat capai target 52 kg…
