LikeDislikeyes betul. most supplement berkesan untuk jangka masa pendek. Yang penting adalah pemakanan dan senaman secara am.

- 3 hari pertama turun 3 kg! Wow!!! Sangat2 teruja!
- Tp seminggu kemudian dh mula statik.. tk gerak pon timbangan
- Rase stress sbb tak dapat makan t/hari
- Stress jugak sbb harganya mahal
- Bila stop, berat naik semula
Pada saya, cara terbaik adalah dgn cara menjaga pemakanan & juga senaman. Kesannye, release stress + sihat + happy

LikeDislikeSy penah cb.Try mkn produk tu dlm ms 2 minggu.Trun berat ke 4 kilo.Tp,ms nk minum,Ya Allah pny la meloyakan.Kdg2 mcm nk muntah pon ada.Ikot jgak tips2 diet yg diajar utk dptkan kesan yg lebih baik.Tp x tahan sgt,trus x makan produk tu.N then lg2 bertambah sy mkn ikot selera sy.Berat lps tu naik smpai ke angka 93.4.Fuhhh…byk tu.Lps tu,bc blog kevin n 4low cr pmakanan yg lbih c hat.Alhamdulillah,trun berat bdn.Dulu 93.4 n brat skarang tinggal 71.Tq Kevin.

LikeDislikeSaya pernah amalkan dan berkesan. ia berkesan jika kawal pemakanan dan kebetulan masa saya ambil, adalah di bulan puasa. at first memang the more u craving for food. saya ambil 2 bulan, and i drop 6 kg but, dengan cara pemakanan yang betul dan amalan hidup sihat. saya follow cara diet kevin, and take jusmate5 at the same time.i stop afterward n bertahan 2 tahun. sekarang saya cuma naik 2 kg lagi becoz i kurang control makan and dah lama tak bersenam. dalam tempoh after drop 5 kg , saya mengawal pemakanan. memang kebanyakannya dengar naik berat semula, tetapi yang saya nampak, berat naik becoz of terlalu bergantung dengan suplement and tak control pemakanan. now i kene start kontrol balik…. haha nak kene start baca balik buku kevin and senam. lebih menjimatkan that way.

LikeDislikeSaya pernah ambik jugak masa bulan puasa. Takde masalah dgn rasa dia (rase oren). Berat badan mmg turun 7 kg (dari 82 kg ke 75 kg) tapi sebab tak ada knowledge tentang DCR (daily calorie intake) berat badan tak dpt nak maintain then naik semula ke 78 kg. Saya rasa mmg dia boleh menolong utk turun berat badan tapi yg paling penting permakanan kita mesti di jaga.
… Anyway skrg ni berat badan saya 70 kg setelah attend workshop Kevin di Miri last year. Thanks Kevin!
