what type of supplement best, safe & effective for gaining mass & muscle at the smae time..kind of whey protein maybe u cn suggest..tq
personally , i would recommend you serious mass .. its weight gainer supplement also have protien to build up muscle .. i got some experience with this supplement .. sorry if im wrong kevin

Assuming that you have RM500 in total to spend and that you are training with good quality, i would recommend:
1) any weight gainer really (make sure sugar content is not too high)
2) creatine (powder form is fine)
3) NOX for your preworkout.
Thats about it. You can also substitute the mass gainer / weight gainer supp with your basic whey protein and get the missing carbs from local sources. Its cheaper that way. Check out my How to Gain 5kg in 10 Weeks ebook for more reviews and details about supplements for gaining weight.

Kalau nak cepat besar, just kena kerapkan pemakanan~ carbs,protein & vegie 4-5times a day or more or makan every 2hours. & jgn lupa utk workout utk gain muscle. Supplement hanyalah sebagai makanan tambahan/samping sahaja. Jangan terlaku bergantung pada supplement kerana bg saya, 3 perkara yg pnting utk gain muscle mass: Diet, workout & rest(sleep)
