saya 75kg dan tinggi 173 cm
dan dalam masa 3 bulan senaman ape yg paling berkesan untuk turunkan berat badan..

hye kevin, saya nk tanya la… sya da cbe kurangkan mkn, breakfast sya amek but tgh hari n mlm sya xmkn… tp still berat bdn saya susah nk turun… berat saya 75 kg n tinggi 157cm….. diet pe yg sesuai tuk sya? sya rse da putus asa.. sya sedey ble org laen ejek sya gemuk.. paling ssh nk kecilkn peha, betis n pinggul… sya xtw nk bwt pe lg da..
marina…kalau nak kuruskan badan kena rajin buat kardio macam jogging, main badminton atau mcm2 lg…kalau setakat kurangkan makanan maybe xmembantu sangat turunkan berat badan
marina,,u kena constantly makan but in smaller portion n x boleh skip ur meal,,sbb klau u kurang makan ur metabolism akan turun n susah utk ur weight turun,, i pun ada masalah sama macam u alhamdulillah from 78kg i dah turun to 63kg,,bykkan jogging n cycling byk membantu untuk kecilkan betis n pinggul 🙂 never give up
Hi marina, ketinggian u & berat u sama mcm I setahun yg lalu.. Now berat I dh 65kg. Caranya, makan small portion 5x sehari, jongging 3-4 kali seminggu (each session 1jam).. Slamat mencuba… Dun give-up..
