bagi saya tiada exercise yg usus untuk kurusjan pipi or kecikkan pipi yang chubby.
bak kata cikgu kevin, it goes to same basis,kuruskan badan dulu..automatically your pipi turut kurus. percayalah~ betul kan cikgu kevin?
tak la. saya amalkan diet sihat. badan saya kurus. tapi pipi saya still tembam. hahaha. mana tau kot-kot ada tips utk pipi ke kan..
Jangan amik gula, complex carbs, minyak. Lebihakan Makan makanan rebusan mcm Ulam dan ambil Protein dgn cukup.
dulu saya makan chewing gum tiap hari, sebab terpengaruh dgn ayat iklan, untuk senaman mulut. tapi lenguh je dapat.
Saya dah turun 17kg. Kawan2 perasan saya lose weight sbb pipi dah kurus. I guess akan turun juga eventually pipi tuh dgn diet n senaman, unless tu mmg bentuk muka dari lahir lah. Hihi
