Pernah dengar trend amalan Apple Cider Vinegar Diet di Malaysia? Pernah cuba? Sila kongsi pengalaman anda di sini.
Tried it once without adding some honey and the taste is just horrible! Well, kalau boleh lose weight dengan selamat, I don’t mind to give it a shot, again. What say you Kevin?

apple cider vinegar is not a type of diet..it is just a supplement that can aid to weight loss..using it alone doesnt lead to weight loss, still need a proper diet and excercise..ive tried it and it proves to have a great effect on your health rather than weight loss alone.
i personally think no harm in trying Apple Cider Vinegar pun kalau tiada perubahan gaya hidup secara menyeluruh memang susah (yes you still need a proper overall diet dan an active lifestyle). Ia katakan baik untuk penghadaman, kawal nafsu makan etc disebabkan peptin (fiber) …
APPLE CIDER IS VERY GOOD FOR DIET PROCESS TO OUR BODY , BUT FOR ME I WILL MIX APPLE CIDER TOGETHER WITH ALPHA LIPID SD 2 MILK PRODUCT AND DRINK IT . THE FAT BURNING MORE FASTER CAN SEE THE EFFECT WITH IN 1 WEEK . 🙂
