Boleh ke nak kuruskan bahagian peha dan betis?
Salam. kevin, i used to be very active in sport during school time, but now, i just only do jogging n some simple exercise at home. so, i have this one problem, my thigh and calf are huge, saya yakin that part, there are not much of fat, tp muscle mass. is there any tips u can share with me about how to reduce this muscle mass.
i eat rice only once a day ,but i eat consistantly every 4-5hours. i want to get rid of this huge thigh!!

i think squats, lunges n bridges definitely will help u.

LikeDislikeBuat squats, lunges, bridges, burpees and calf raise. Dalam 2 minggu mesti dah nampak effect.

LikeDislikeBukan ke kalau kita buat yg tersebut diatas akan besarkan lagi muscle? Kenapa tak banyakkan cardio seperti berlari atau jogging atau berbasikal
atau mungkin kurangkan protien dalam diet, boleh?
