Eh, ‘rio elanny’ ni bukan nama wife kevin ker? hehe
Jawapan: Cara TERBAIK dan CEPAT kuruskan badan ialah Urus Minda Sendiri untuk berhati- hati dengan makanan yang diambil. Itu yang utama. Langkah seterusnya kawal jumlah kalori dalam makanan. Kalau tak silap below 2000kcal. Tapi lebih baik 1700- 1800kcal per day. Untuk kurus tu yang utamanya kena buang lemak dahulu barulah fokus pada bentuk badan (otot-otot menarik). Bak kata Kevin dalam video nya yang berbunyi lebih kurang macam ni la ‘kalau nak six pack, buat sit up banyak kali pun, tetap takkan dapat. sebab otot-otot abdomen dihalang/dilapisi oleh lemak. so, kita kena get rid dulu lemak, baru lah boleh dapat six pack.’. Untuk buang lemak kita kena buat exercise ‘kardio’ / aktiviti pembakaran lemak.
No pain, no gain.
Yang penting, KURUS DAN SIHAT

KURUS DAN DERITA KESAKITAN.

LikeDislikesebenarnya sy dah beli ebook tu.. dlm minggu pertama sya dah kurang 3kg sebab sya ikut segala panduan ebook tu…tp pd hari ni (ahad) tetibe rase nk mkn kambing bakar sya masak sendiri..jd sya pun beli la marinated lamb dri hypermarket dan masak dan makan..sya tahu lemak + calori pada kambing tu tinggi jd sya cadang akan kurangkan calori serta exercise lebih masa keesokan harinya..ape pendapat kevin?..thanks kevin

LikeDislikethank you bos…selera favorite food ni kadang2 muncul dm 1 atau 2 kali seminggu je..kambing yg sya masak tu sya hanya makan dagingnye je tapi lemaknya sy buang..hehe..esokan harinye sya still akan follow pengambilan calori+exercise until sya dapat weight goal…roger!

Tiada jalan pintas untuk kurus dengan pantas..yg penting bila ada kemahuan untuk kurus memang ada potensi untuk kurus kerana mula berkira2 untuk diet dan melakukan senamana…kalau tak fikir nak kurus memang sampai bila2 pun tak ada kurus…jadi diet dan senaman dua faktor yang sering…saya banyak mendapat info tentang diet terutama tentang pengambilan kalori drp ebook Kevin…baru tahu tentang defisit kalori…mula senaman setelah sekian lama tak senaman…gabungan kedua2nya akan membuahkan hasil yg memberangsangkan….bayangkan jika kita ada pendapatan RM1000 tetapi belanja RM1500…yg terlebih 500 itu adalah hutang atau sama dengan lemak dlm badan..kalau hutang/lemak bertambah dari bulan ke bulan akan menambahkan hutang/lemak dalam badan yang akan menyusahkan hidup kita

LikeDislikeSeperkara lagi kita digalakkan mencatat segala makanan yang diambil dlm sehari..ala mcm buat diari makanan. Ini dapat membantu kita mengira kalori bagi menghasilkan defisit kalori. Barulah sng mcm 2..Senaman sgt penting. Bak kata kevin health come first. From exercise we can improve our health and kalori akan terbakar, so kurus akan datang kemudian.
Sya nak tanya bagaimana kita nak mengira dan mengetahui kalori setiap makanan yang diambil..sbb ia berbeza mengikut kuantiti kan..?
