i am a male weight around 140 kg. working as a lecturer in one of the IPTA in KL. i bought your e book in January 2013 and then started to do the exercise together with diet. i follow everything stated in the eBook.. i went to gym 3 times a week, 1 and a half hour for every session.. i also cut down my food intake to half from the amount i used to eat before.. but unfortunately, i don’t lose even 1 kg of weight.. after 2 months, I’m still at 140kg and i really feel demotivated. why it isn’t working for me.. i read the testimony on your website and i found that most of the people that succeed in losing weight are in their early 20’s.. does age really play an important factor in losing weight?? please help me..
