Exercise
I just had my third son 3 mths ago via cesarean. I’ve put on so much weight this time around, I am thinking of starting gym with PT by next week. After referred to my doctor, she suggested a mild exercise. what type of exercise safe for me? What else I can do to lose 10kg in a month (i hope) . Really appreciated your advice.

Congrats on your lil one. Being a parent is one of the most beautiful experiences but yes, for some mothers it comes at the sacrifice of weight gain and as in your case some complications (cesarean).
As my wife gave birth to our boy over a year and managed to lose most if not all the weight, I can shed some tips and advice on the subject:
