untuk kurangkan “flabby tummy”, you need to
- terus lagi kurangkan berat badan.
- anda tak boleh spot reduce lemak pada mana-mana bahagian tapi lama2 badan akan bakar lemak berlebihan daripada tummy juga.
- yang penting ada kalori defisit.
- senaman abs tanpa diet/defisit tidak ke mana.
- also pastikan anda kurangkan garam dalam diet untuk buang air berlebihan.

LikeDislikei truly believe in what master kevin just wrote above. saya yakin kesabaran dan teknik yg betul penting utk berjaya. apa yg master kevin nyatakan diatas adalah benar. tidak mungkin utk reduce fat pada mana2 bahagian badan. proses akan berlaku secara natural yg mana mungkin nampak ketara pada bahagian lain dahulu spt muka, tangan dan kaki. pada saya utk bhgn tummy tu perlukan masa yg lebih lama utk menampakkan perubahan. InsyaAllah, dgn teknik yg btul spt yg dinyatakan oleg master kevin dan KESABARAN, blurr akan berjaya.. itulah yg terjadi pada saya. thank you very much kevin.

LikeDislikedulu saya aktif gym.. dalam masa setahun berat saya turun dari 86 ke 74.. then after xcident sikit.. lutut saya injured saya tak boleh ke gym or joging lagi.. senaman apa yg perlu saya buat.. lepas stop gym n joging, badan rasa macam naik huhuhu..
