How long does it take before the food we consumed turned into fat?
Depends on a lot of factors but essentially what you should remember is this:
If you consumer more food than you body needs (burns), the rest will be stored away as fast. All depending on the supply and demand.
Yes you can say that some foods require more time to digest but eventually it will be digested anyhow (unless its fiber based) … and if unused will be stored as fat.
