How to gain weight with the right way?
Hye Kevin,hye everyone. Appreciate if u could give me some advice. Im 22years,50kg. And selalu exercise,do futsal,takraw,joging. Tapi badan i tak naik². Before this,i ade amik GNC proetin supplement utk weightgain,then pegy gym tp still get no change. So i’ve tired with my weight. Well how do the right way to gain my weight?

I was there like you. Lemme try :
1)eat healthy food incl. veges+fruits, 5-6 times a day, breakfast is a MUST
2)take weight gain supplement, recommended : Serious Mass
3)take multivitamin +fish oil
So your body will be in good condition and ready for growth.
4)Cardio(e.g jogging) is important but not too much, reason : you dont want to waste calorie, lack of calorie, your body will break down muscle to get energy
5)hit gym 3 times a week, lift heavy
At home,
5)read/research about body function, so that you know what u are doing in the gym
6)sleep early
And lastly,
7) Dont give up, be educated, dont take false advices

LikeDislikeI got more serious problem than you, I’m 23, 6 feet tall, weight on 39KG. I have eating disorder and easily to lose weight. I’m in a deep shit!
I just read Kelvin post about weight gaining and hope it will work out for me.
