How to Lose Weight at Home?
hello Kevin. I’m a full time student and assignments have been my priority recently. Due to skipping meals and lack of exercise, I gained about 10 kg during my two years of studying. I find it hard to stop doing works to eat during the day, and find myself eating excessively at night. As a result, my thighs getting bigger, my waistline increases… My whole body just expands I can say. I have hard time fitting into my old clothes. Can you spare me some tips on how to lose weight? I am now on semester break, I’ll be back to the U in June. Can you help me to lose some weight while I’m at home? I’ve been controlling my food intake and exercises occasionally, but the progress is really slow. I also would like some tips on how to keep myself healthy and not gaining weight when I’m back to the U. Please help me. Thank you so much for reading this.
