How to trim cheeks, arms and butt fat?
hey kevin,
i’m a 17 years old girl and i have three parts of my body that bigger that the other part,
which are cheek, arms and buttock
my normal routine of exercise is doing treadmill. Does treadmill exercise help me to lose the weight on that three parts??
and i heard once that doing treadmill will enhance the size of buttock, is that true?
and if i do the dumbbell exercise for my arms, i heard that it will not reduce the size of my arms,
in fact it will make it more ‘muscular’, is that also true?
i really would like to know how to lose weight especially on those parts..

For sure you will need to lose weight to reduce the size of those three parts. You cannot burn fat to specific area.It will burn slowly all over your body.If your genetics makes you have big cheek, nothing can do about it..In my opinion, there’s no problem to use treadmill to lose weight..but using treadmill for a long time does not burn much calories than u think but also can burn your muscle..if you are not a beginner try to use exercise that are more intense rather than running on treadmill. It will burn calories much faster than u think.. Like interval training exercises, lunges, squat, push up, mountain climber. Doing treadmill will not enhance your buttock size..there’s specific exercise will do. Dumbell exercise for sure will make your hand stronger and muscular because you are training your arm but not muscular as man as your testosterone hormone in female are not the same as male. It will never make you bulky as we are. cheers
