Lepas tolak defisit kalori dan plan diet, kalori harian adalah di bawah 1000kcal. tak pengaruh metabolisme badan?
most likely YES! but depends on your DCR (daily calorie requirement) jugak. Katakan you individu yg small/petite dan DCR is dalam 1400 … than calorie intake 950 la katakan is not that bad.
But kalau your DCR dalam 2300, calorie intake (diet) di bawah 1,000 is terlalu RENDAH.

Berapa allowable difference range DCR dgn calorie intake?
my DCR 2052 , pasti kan tidak kurang dari 50%_ 2052/2 = 1026
jadi calorie intake (diet) jgn kurang < 1000 ..
adakah begitu kevin ? =)
Adakah ini intake atau net calorie? Cth jika DCR 2400,50% calorie intake ialah 1200,which is fine..tp jika ada bersenam katalah 300,jd net 900, iaitu di bawah 50% keperluan harian, mana 1 kena follow?
