Adakah pengurangan pengambilan minuman manis membantu secara langsung pengurangan berat badan?
yup,bg sy kurang minum air manis boleh kurang kan berat badan..:)

Owh.jadi tidakkah akan menyebabkan hypoglycemia iaitu rendah paras gula dalam badan??ataupun dia,bil secara kadar yang rendah?
air manis , masih boleh minum .. tapi kuantiti yg tidak berlebihan ..
minum air manis setengah cawan , pastu lebihkan air mineral ..
thats my amalan as well
