LikeDislikeboleh kurus, tp pelbagaikan menu supaya x bosan, dan tmbh exercise sekali.. allow yourself to have cheating day seminggu sehari.. ni pandangan saya yang amatur je

selalu ramai org akan kata mcm tue….air sejuk atau ais mmgx elok untuk bdn…disarankan kita kinum air yg panas supaya blh mengeluarkan peluh…

LikeDislikeBoleh atau tidak berat saya turun jika saya amalkan pemakanan mcm ni :
Pagi – Oat + Apple
Tgh Hari – Nasi sedikit + sayur + ikan rebus
Petang – Buah / Biskut
Malam – Roti sekeping

Ada kurang hidangan diatas (menyebabkan terlalu lapar, nanti bedal pula tiba waktu makan
) mungkin saudara tambah :
10.00 pagi – minum pagi/snack
3.00 petang – minum petang/snack
supper – jika perlu
Semuanya terpulang atas kalori, menu kita kena kreatif sket, kalau tengok bodybuilding pun mereka ada menu setiap hari yang berbeza..
apapun, secara basic 6-7 kali makan adalah yang terbaik..
sekadar berkongsi..
