Metabolism atau juga dikenali sebagai metabolisma atau metabolic rate adalah kadar atau jumlah pembakaran kalori seharian anda.
Contoh: Katakanlah resting metabolic rate (RMR) anda adalah 1400kcal. Ini bermaksa, dalam keadaan rehat 24jam (i.e. tidur), badan anda akan membakar 1400kcal.

I have been to two different websites, tried 3 different formulas (including yours) of BMR and RMR calculation, and I have 3 totally different answers. Honestly, I don’t know which one to follow.
