thats true ariff! you dont want to go too low with your calorie intake as it will reduce your metabolic rate. That said, we have to define what is “too low” …. for me too low varies by individual BUT whatever it is, my advice would be NOT to go BELOW 1000 calories per day.

LikeDislikebanyak makan sayur dan buah buahan.dan elakan makan makanan yg berlemak.sebelum melakukan senaman makanlah buah epal hijau.selepas habis senaman barulah makan makanan yg tinggi cal iaitu 400cal-500cal.tapi ingat elakan minum minuman manis kerana ia rtidak sihat kerana terdapat kalori.

LikeDislikeKalau kita mengambil kurang dari 1.000 kalori per day, metabolisme dlm badan akan jadi slow. Makanlah sebanyak 5-6 kali setiap hari dengan portion yg kecil. Dengan demikian, metabolisme akan bekerja dengan optimal. Gantilah makanan yang diproses dengan whole food seperti nasi perang, sayuran hijau, buah-buahan segar, dan protein.
