nope, exercise doesn’t necessarily need in the weight loss.
you still can lose weight with no exercise but you have to restrict the calories intake. it backs to the main rule, CALORIES IN and CALORIES OUT. both diet and exercise manage the calories in the different ways. diet is to restrict the calories IN and exercise burns calories to increase the calories OUT.

you are right. The whole concept is calories in vs calories is “known” to many but very few really have a proper understanding in their own individual needs.
excercise also for gain your stamina even can’t reduce your weight…then you easily feel tired.. how about u KZ?
