Macamana nak menghilangkan lemak2 yang berlebihan di bahagian pinggang, dan macamana nak mengecilkan peha?..
salam,is it normal to lose weight about 200gm within a day?and it happens bcoz of less eating or did not take dinner yesterday??
its easy.. banyakkan cardio exercise dan diet yg betul… u will get the best result

mornings..ermm..cardio exercise tu mcm jogging dan berjalan kaki eh?
From my experience, kita tak boleh target kat mane kita nak kecikkan. So I just go woth high protein, low carb diet. cardio a lot (cari sparkspeople.com di youtube) I went swimming, hiking, 2 times per week, I do a lot of skipping and sit up 40times every morning. From 79.6 kg, I am now 63kg. Within 3 months. Lengan kecik sikit, paha and perut juga kecik.
