salam,is it normal to lose weight about 200gm within a day?and it happens bcoz of less eating or did not take dinner yesterday??

mornings..ermm..cardio exercise tu mcm jogging dan berjalan kaki eh?

LikeDislikeFrom my experience, kita tak boleh target kat mane kita nak kecikkan. So I just go woth high protein, low carb diet. cardio a lot (cari sparkspeople.com di youtube) I went swimming, hiking, 2 times per week, I do a lot of skipping and sit up 40times every morning. From 79.6 kg, I am now 63kg. Within 3 months. Lengan kecik sikit, paha and perut juga kecik.
