jus nak tanya, sit up boleh ke untuk ladies? sebab ada terbaca yang sit up x elok utk perempuan..
YES sesuai as long as dapat amalkan dengan cara yg betul.
The only time I would advice you to perhaps elakkan is semasa ingin hamil and 1st trimester.
